Description:
This is a back-end Operational Support Systems (OSS) automated and manual order
processing application, linked with front end Premier Online Store (a website where
customers can purchase and upgrade devices, accessories and features) and Premier
Online Care (a website that allows existing customers to update and add services and
billing information.)
The agent process the customers orders. Order processing activity involves different
workflows and scenarios based on the Order types as well as different Use cases and
Business Requirements along with activating and shipping the order to the customers.

Description:
The AT&T Web Assistance Center (WAC) is a call Tracker that provides customer support for
online self-service functions(Login Management, Profile Management, E-Bill Management,
Payment Management) via inbound call support. WAC involves different functionalities
based on the type of the user. WAC involves in providing the best customer experience
while shopping through the AT&T Websites.
Responsibilities:
Involving in Requirement Reviews, Design Reviews and Test Case Reviews of new
functionalities with Business Analysts, Clients, Project Managers and entire team
Analyzing the new requirements in both positive and negative scenarios
Suggesting BAs for any changes required in the requirement as per QA point of view
Preparing a Test Plan to execute the Test Scenarios(Regression and Functional)
Writing test cases for new BR/CRs from the client.
Sanity testing thoroughly to determine issues in the application
Reporting Bugs for the issues found, based on their priority and severity of the
functionality
Involving in documentation reviews and participating in bug reporting meetings with
