traveling West on Sandstone Drive at a high rate of speed.
Radar confirmed the speed of the vehicle to be 44 mph in a
posted 30 mph zone. DMV check of Hayes license revealed his
operating privileges to be suspended in New York State leading
to the AUO 2nd charge and the Unlicensed Operator charge.
