Este curso pretende transmitir conhecimentos sobre as ferramentas tcnicas utilizadas na gesto integrada de recursos humanos e
proporcionar um conhecimento aprofundado de alguns temas especficos. Pretende-se confrontar os formandos com diferentes modelos
e tcnicas de interveno nas empresas, tendo sempre como ponto de referncia a anlise da actividade profissional em situao real.
CONTEDOS PROGRAMTICOS
OBJECTIVOS
No final da formao, os formandos estaro aptos a
desenvolver conhecimentos sobre sistemas, tcnicas e
instrumentos de qualificao de funes; aplicar de forma
eficaz tcnicas de recrutamento e seleco; avaliar e gerir
competncias e equipas com eficincia; dominar e aplicar
polticas de compensao salarial, entre outras funes na
rea dos recursos humanos.

Knowledge on Human Resource Technical Management - Level I
This course intends to convey knowledge about technical tools used in Human Resource integrated management and to provide a deepened
expertise on some specific topics. It is intended to confront trainees with different models and intervention techniques in companies, always
having the analysis of the professional activity in real situations as a reference point.
CONTENTS
OBJECTIVES
At the end of this training course, trainees will be able to
develop knowledge on systems, techniques and tools for
function qualification; to efficiently apply recruitment and
selection techniques; to professionally assess and manage
skills and teams; to master and apply salary policies, among
other functions in the area of human resources.
