2. Seller issues DRAFT CONTRACT. Buyer and seller sign and seal the
contract. The Seller will issue the PROFORMA INVOICE. From that moment
Seller and Buyer banks are in direct contact. Although reasonable changes
can be made within the Draft Contract, THE PAYMENT METHOD &
INSTRUMENT: SBLC, or BG760 or MT103 Conditional are NEITHER
NEGOTIABLE nor IS THE VERBIAGE ALTERABLE.
3. Upon the signature of the DRAFT CONTRACT AND THE PROFORMA
INVOICE, Buyer's Bank issues for first shipment the agreed instrument and
payment guarantee. After verifications, the seller sends to the buyer the
product information to check and test. The seller provides documents,
including the Dip Test Report, sent via Swift to the buyers bank, with copy
to the buyers secured E-mail address.
4. Seller issues the following documents:
Legalized and Registered FINAL CONTRACT AND INVOICE with refinerys
reference number.
Seller activates a 2% PB.
/The Dip Test Authorization, tank storage receipt and survey report made
by SGS.
/Tanker Allege Report at loading port, with time log and Shipmasters
report.
/Certificate of Origin, countersigned by a local Chamber of Commerce.
/Notice of readiness (NOR) lodged by Shipmaster at loading port,
countersigned for acceptance by terminals representative.
/Signed commercial invoice, based on the delivered quantity/quality,
showing name of vessel, date of completion, loading quantity and state of
delivery.
/Master sample receipt at loading port.
/Any other documents pertaining or related to the current trip, duly by the
Authorized Buyers persons.
/Certificate of Insurance Coverage with payment confirmation issued by
Insurance Company, plus all the documents that may be required by
Buyer and his bank.
5. Once the buyer has received all the documents, Buyer has max. 3
(three) banking days to Check and verify the product and all the
documents (Including the DIP test report). This is at departure. Seller
issues Bill of Lading within 24 hours upon completion of vessel loading.
6. Once the DIP test is done successfully at arrival, the Seller issues the
arrival dip test results to the buyer. Before Buyer approves all the
documents he instructs his bank to release the payment via MT 103. The
product is then allowed to be unloaded and Title must then be transferred
to Buyer name.
7. Next shipment gets prepared.
