Argument:
eTwinning is the place where I
had the chance to become a better
teacher.
I
was
given
the
opportunity to learn, to grow, to
share and enjoy being part of this
community.
All the resources and apps I
use are because of eTwinning. In
learning labs, webinars and
projects, I discovered that I can
make my teaching and learning
more effective, using these
resources.
This is why, on eTwinning`s
th
10
anniversary, I decided to
celebrate eTwinning by making a
collection of the most appreciated
resources among eTwinners.
Collaborators:
-
1. Padlet (https://padlet.com/)
One of the best apps I found and used in my eTwinning projects is Padlet
Advantages:
It is free;
Allows collaboration;
Every content is visible by every student/teacher (transparency);
It gives you the possibility to edit your post, but you cannot change
what others have written there (only if you are the Administrator of the
Padlet);
It is easy to share (everyone who has the link can edit);
You do not need to create an account to post on a Padlet (this is why
my students adore Padlet);
Here is an example:

2. Photopeach (http://photopeach.com)
The combination of images, music and text helps
students learn about presentation, expression, writing,
communication skills, art appreciation and media
literacy. The quality of the finished work is great and
students will remember it forever.

4. Thinglink (https://www.thinglink.com/)
On Thinglink, you can create and share interactive images and videos.You can
upload, tag, share and manage your images across different platforms.

It works great with picmonkey (http://www.picmonkey.com/), a digital tool for
posters - collages
5. Prezi
(https://prezi.com)
Prezi is an online presentation tool that allows you to design your own
distinctive, eye-catching presentations. Prezi unique non-linear approach to
presentations sets it apart from other tools.Your presentation will not be the
same old slide-by-slide format that is commonly used today. Prezi creates nonlinear, flowing presentations. You will create your presentation on a simple
canvas, arranging your text and images in any way you like. Prezi lets you
choose the order and amount in which each element will be zoomed into,
creating a unique story-telling experience. More information here.
Here is an example.
6. Kizoa (http://www.kizoa.com/)

7. AnswerGarden (http://answergarden.ch/)
AnswerGarden is a minimalistic feedback tool. Use it in the
classroom as an educational tool or at work as a creative
brainstorming tool. Post it in a tweet or you can embed it on
your website or blog to use it as a poll or guestbook.

8. Titanpad (https://titanpad.com/)
Titanpad allows people to work on the same
document simultaneously! Titanpad is ideal for
discussions or even collaborative writing!
Participants contribute to Titanpad with
differently coloured font backgrounds.
You can create a pad here!
Here is an example of this tool use!

20. Skype
Since eTwining is all about
collaboration between schools, teachers
and students, the best way to plan or
run projects is having a chat or
discussion with collegues. I think that
students need to know each other as a
group, in order to work better on the
project. Therefore, Skype is a good
tool to use.
