To clean properly, we need to understand:
What equipment we need
What chemicals to use
What the chemicals will do
How to use them properly
There will be a cleaning schedule drawn up covering:
The order in which things are to be cleaned
The equipment to be used
The type of chemicals to be used and the amount needed
The names of those who will be involved in cleaning
Each piece of plant and equipment will have instructions telling us how to carry out the cleaning. We
must know where to get these instructions and follow them exactly at all times.
