AIM OF STUDY COURSE


To provide conviction on necessity of prognostication and planning in enterprise
TASKS

to provide students with knowledge on functions, authority and responsibility of financial


manager,
to develop skills of money planning by enterprise,
to give definitions on current assets and working capital,
to provide students with knowledge on securities portfolio definition,

to give a possibilities to acquire the skills to analyze the organization financial situation, evaluate

The student is capable of evaluating the enterprise investment and choose the most appropriate

accounting.
To develop a positive attitude to the organization's accounting records and the need to analyze,

Financial analysis: Structure of assets and liabilities, sources of financing. Types and
coefficients of analysis of financial reports.

7. Budget definition, forms and planning.
8. Financing concept and attraction conditions of credit. Bank credit forms. Forms of
especial financing.

10. Investment definition, division and policy. Investment planning and evaluation.
Learning methods
Contact lessons (the number is fixed in the plan of studies) and independent studies of the
student. At least 1/3 of the total number of academic hours is practical training
SELF-STUDIES
Self-dependent studies is a compulsory part of a higher education institution. It is students selfdependent work during the study course, the scope of which corresponds to the amount of credits
(ECTS) to be acquired during the course. Self-dependent studies comprise: studying of
compulsory and additional literature and sources, doing regular tests, preparing for lectures,
seminars, tests, final tests and examinations, and performing other tasks in accordance with the
course description.
