PAYMENT TERMS:
Net 30 days
MINIMUM ORDERS:
$100 Net
Any order under minimum will be subject to a $10.00 handling charge. All items
must be purchased in shelf pack quantities. Broken carton charges of $1.25 per
carton will apply for all orders less than a full shelf pack.
SHIPPING TERMS:
Within the Continental U.S., all orders of $1,200.00 or more Net Cost will be
shipped Freight Prepaid and allowed to destination via routing of Mundial Inc.'s
choice. If special routing or expedited transportation is requested, freight will be at
customer's expense. On individual orders less than $1,200.00 Net Cost, freight
charges will be added to invoice.
CLAIMS:
Overages, shortages and damages must be reported within five (5) business days of
receipt of shipment.
RETURNS:
Require prior approval in writing and must be accompanied by a Mundial Inc.

Return Authorization. Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Charge. All
returned products must be of current design and in resaleable condition.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE:
Mundial Inc. guarantees satisfactory performance and freedom from defects in the
material, construction and workmanship of any MUNDIAL product for as long
as you own it. Misuse, abuse and normal wear are specifically excluded from
guarantee coverage.
