    Email from the lab testing the Pine View Estates sewer, SPB utilities (Carrie Corcoran), to EPA (Aaron Setran) to regarding the reason there are missing test results from Pine View Estates sewer. Email sent 1/3/11 at 10:50 a.m. Ms. Corcoran stated,"the MW A1, MW B1, and MW – B3 were all dry during that time frame. There wasn’t anything to sample." In the first email sent 1/3/11 at 10:33 a.m., Mr. Setran asked for results from November 2010 for Leachfield A. The attachment, which was not redacted, was not provided with the email.     I just spoke with Ken Kanoff, he has informed me that the MW A1, MW B1 and MW B3 were all dry during
    that time frame. There wasnt anything to sample.

    Unless I'm mistaken, GW monitoring data for November, Field A, is missing from the attachments you sent me
    (data for Field B is provided in the attachment below). Typically, 3 monitoring wells for Field A (MW A-2, A-3 and
    A-4) are sampled, analyzed and reported. Any chance there is a November 2010 lab report for this sampling
    effort? Aaron

    I've not received groundwater monitoring data from Leachfields A and B for Pineview Estates since September.
    Samples should have been collected, analyzed, and submitted to EPA for each of the following months:
    October, November and December. Could you please check to see if samples were collected/analyzed and,
    somehow, not reported to EPA. If you can not verify that the samples were ever collected for these months,
    please inform me of this as soon as possible. Thank you, Aaron
