• Earlier worked as an Officer in Andhra Bank for 24 years, mostly at

their Corporate Head Office, in various departments like HR, Public
Relations including bank branches. Came out with Citizen Charter
besides annual reports, corresponded with Customers of all public
sector banks as In-charge at grievance redressing cell. Reported
grievances redressed positions to MOF (Banking Division).Wrote
ongoing compliance letters to RBI at the corporate office of the bank.
Liaised with Banking Ombudsman. Worked for PR Department in
drafting promotional brochures. Worked as Project Officer (while on

 deputation to Banking Services Recruitment Board, Hyderabad for 6
years) -- conducted mass level Recruitment tests and interviews for
potential bank employees. Devised merit listings for Recruitment
Boards in liaison with the IT consultants.
