Origin of ACCENTURE
Joe w. Forehand, a partners of 30 years of experience, was named CEO in Nov,
1999 and chairman of Accentures board of directors in February,2001. Under
Forehands leadership Accenture became a public company in July, 2001 when it listed
on the New Yorks Stock Exchange. After nearly five years as CEO, Mr. Forehand step
down from that position on Sep 1, 2004, retaining the position of chairman. He was
succeeded as CEO by William D. Green, a partner with more than 26 years of experience,
who was previously served as Chief operator of client service.

Harsh Manglik, Chairman and Managing Director, Accenture, India

Harsh Manglik is the chairman and managing director of Accenture's group in


India. He is responsible for the growth and development of its business across all
of the company's Indian operations.
An engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and holder
of an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a master's degree in mechanical
engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
He joins Accenture from Symantec Corp., based in the United States, where he
was worldwide vice president, services solutions engineering, responsible for the
development of the company's new service offerings
Has more than 25 years of experience as a global business and consulting leader.

Sandeep Arora, Lead Executive, Accenture Delivery Centre for Technology, India

Sandeep Arora is responsible for managing Accenture's Delivery Centers for


Technology in India. The India delivery centers provide application outsourcing
and systems integration services across the full range of technology capabilities to
global clients.
Sandeep is a mechanical engineer from IIT Delhi and holds a master's in
computer science (MS) from Washington State University
Started his career with Accenture in 1994.
He has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry having worked both in
India and overseas.

Sadeesh Raghavan, Managing Partner, India Domestic Businesses

He is responsible for our North Asia and South Asia Products Industry group. The
countries he is responsible for are Korea, Mainland China, Taipei, Hong Kong,
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines
and India.

Mr. Raghavan obtained his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the
Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India. He also has an MBA in finance and
MIS from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
He has more than 24 years of experience in the consulting industry, having
worked in many countries across Asia Pacific and the USA.

Rekha M. Menon, Lead Executive, Accenture Geographic Services, India.

Rekha M. Menon heads the Geographic Services in India, one of the largest
geographies for Accenture.
Rekha is responsible for human resources and recruitment, human capital and
diversity, marketing and communications, finance, procurement and corporate
citizenship functions across all of Accenture India.
A gold-medalist from the XLRI School of Business, Rekha has active interests in
hiking, long distance cycling and photography. Rekha is also involved with
numerous NGOs, working closely with underprivileged children.
Rekha joined Accenture in January 2004.
