As an R&D supervisor for AMAX in Golden, CO,


Paul Queneau led research on production of
ammonium paratungstate (APT), leading to
commercialization;healsoledtheteamthatinnovated
AMAX'sacidpressureleachfortreatingnickeliferous
laterite. Dr.Queneau wasamemberoftheAMAX
processengineeringteamthatstartedupatmospheric
