experience spans evidence based treatment of clinical populations in a private setting and case management of individuals with clinical diagnoses
in a vocational rehabilitation setting. I have worked as a Team Leader with Rehab Management for approximately 2 years, delivering training and
supervision to psychology team members, while ensuring adherence to service standards and maintaining my own caseload.

From observing both directly and passively with Robert, and when receiving feedback from
case managers with whom he worked, I would suggest his interpersonal skills are indeed a
strength. Though I would qualify this is the context of a natural ability to successfully engage
with clients and co-workers, not to be confused with a strong knowledge of the application of
clinical methodology in a treatment setting.

Pleaseindicatethecandidatesstrengthsandweaknesses:
Robert was a particularly responsible and reliable individual. His even manner and good
humour was an asset to our team. I observed Robert maintain a consistent adherence to
company values and ethical standards, including positive interaction with all team members.
Robert worked well above the expected standard in his interactions with clients, treating
providers and external stakeholders. He appeared to develop a strong rapport with these
groups easily. As indicated above, I consider Robert to have excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
The scope of Robert's duties required little in the form of formal leadership responsibilities,
though he consistently contributed to supervision sessions and proved a good informal mentor
to new team members. Robert's clinical skills and theoretical knowledge require further
development. Robert has good prioritisation skills, though on occasion I note he delivered
reports beyond service timeframes.
