A medium sized album has 20+ sheets of paper - thats 40 sides., they are on pages 31-70. We print
additional pages as necessary.

Designing a Published Album

As you review your images, select / rate the images by the number of images you would
like to see on a page: 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 8; 9; 12.
Most albums work well with 1-4 images per page then some of the
goofy or crazy or silly or outtake photos appearing 9-12 per page.
We welcome need your input as we create a wonderful family heirloom for you and your
loved ones. You can also design the entire album yourself; this works best with 1-3 images per page and youll basically be putting them in the order you prefer.
Additional charge for 5 + images per page; based on the number of additional images
needed - normally about $2-$5 per image.
Additional charge for captions: $4. Youll need to email us a Word document with the
exacting wording and punctuation you want, and the page number and description of the
photo you want the caption under.
Designing your album using Page Layouts and Template numbers
You can have 1 to 12 images per page - see the following Template Number sheets.
Additional charge for 5 + images per page; based on the number of additional images
needed - normally about $2-$5 per image.
The 1st number of a Template Number refers to the number of images on that page.
The 2nd number refers to the specific layout of the photo(s).
Some pages have room for different sized captions - the price depends on caption size.
Some pages are better suited for horizontal images - others for vertical images and some
pages can accommodate both horizontal and vertical images.
In addition to these Templates we can custom design an image for you using one or
more images per page. This is a more creative way to design a page and may be perfect
for pages you want maximum impact or that are some of the most important images.

Designing Page Layouts for your Published Album

Select the Template Number - this tells us the number of images you want on that
page and how you want them arranged.
Select the image(s) you want on a specific page and write the images file numbers in
the box(es) on the page. You can have 1 to 12 images per page.
Then paste your thumbnails on the Page Layout showing where each photo goes.
We can also custom design pages for you if the Page Layouts dont work for you.
The 1st number of the Template is the number of photos on the page; the 2nd number refers to the specific page layout.
Template Number 2 - 11 means 2 vertical images and no captions will be on Page 1
Enter the image number in the appropriate box. If necessary to clarify the page design
draw the page layout and enter the image numbers in the layout.
PLEASE READ and Sign below: I/we understand that these albums are Press Printed
meaning that they are printed on paper similiar to the paper the National Geographic is printed on and
is printed on NOT PHOTOGRAPHIC PAPER and that I have looked at similar Published Albums
at New Dimensions. I/we understand that the color may not be as accurate or match the clarity of a
regular finished portrait that is printed on photographic paper. We do our upmost to make sure you
are very happy and proud of your album because it becomes part of New Dimensions portfolio and is
very important to us. HOWEVER: remakes for any reason - for example - image was the wrong size,
wasnt cropped as closely as you thought it would be; etc. can be done at 75% of the albums original
price plus any additional pages, artwork, etc. that you may want done on the album. Customer retains
procession of the first album. There are no refunds on Press Printed albums.
