    PVGASDs approval of any work/documentation shall in no way relieve AECC and/or
    VENDORS/SUPLLIERS of any responsibility for performing the provisions of equipment/package
    in accordance with the project requirements and relevant design documents.

    2.Open: Still under discussion
    3.For those comment sheet with code 2 from Company, if Contractor/Vendoragreed with all
    comments from Company. Contractor/Vendor shall respond the comment sheet,revise and
    upgrade the document revision to higher revision. The response sheet shall be attached to the
    document when submitting to Company.
    4.For those comment sheet with code 2 from Company, if Contractor/Vendor disagreed with
    Company comments. Contractor/Vendor shall have a discipline meeting with Company to
    finalize and sign off the comment sheet, then revise and upgrade the document revision to
    higher revision. The response sheet shall be attached to the document when submitting to
    Company.
