WEEK 6 RUNDOWN: The race for the OReaney is heating up, and Week 6 should provide
many thrills as the playoff picture begins to take shape. Noonan will be desperate to get
rid of his four-game losing streak when taking on Seth. Garr and Hider will do battle in a
very important game between a pair of 3-2 teams. The arguably two hottest teams in the
league, Matt & Steve, will face-off. The final matchup also features plenty on the line, as
Chris and Tyler will look to avoid falling to 2-4.
DIVISION RACES HEATING UP: Five weeks are done, and there is still plenty to be had in
the division races. A loss by Seth and a timely win by Hider has brought a tie to the top of
the Early Grads division. Even though his team has been refered to as steaming hot bage,
Noonan is just two games back despite going a month without a win. Matt continues his run
at the top of the On-Timers division, but no team is more than two games behind him.

Thor Loko (2-3)

vs.
Lubic Rager (2-3)

WAIVER GEMS OF THE WEEK: While he didnt play for Seth last week, he may have a gem
in Browns TE Gary Barnidge. Hes had 75 or more yards in three straight weeks. Noonan
continues to be the most active player on the waiver wire, making 24 moves in just five
weeks. Garr and Tyler are tied for fewest moves in the league thus far with three each.

Pump Up The Kids (2-3)

vs.
St. Louis Scramblers (4-1) NEW SEASON, SAME FACES: Through five weeks, the playoff picture in the BFFL looks very

STAT OF THE WEEK

No team in the league has
been involved in as many
close games as Hider has.
After beating Steve by just
0.80 points in Week 2 he
defeated Noonan by 4.12.
He was also involved in the
closest game in league history in2014 against Garr.

similar to the way it was a year ago. Seth, Matt and Garr are all currently in the top four
after making the playoffs a year ago. The only newcommer as of now is Hider. Steve is the
only team to make the dance last year to be on the outside looking in, but he is well within
striking distance in fifth place.
WHO GON STOP ME, HUH?: Matt has emerged as one of the best regular-season BFFL players to this point. His 14-5 regular season record is best all time, and hes nearly halfway to
his record of seven straight wins set during the 2014 season. Hes done it with steady play
from all positions, but still remains behind division foe Garr in total points.
DONT RUSH ALL AT ONCE: An interesting stat emerged from the closely contested matchup between Noonan and Hider last week. Hider posted 323 rushing yards, which is the most
for a team in one week during the 2015 season. Noonan, meanwhile, put up just 73 yards,
which is the fewest for a team in a single week during the 2015 season.
WILD WEEK FOR LEAGUE MEDIA: The only thing crazier than college football in the past
few days has been the BFFL media scene. The BFFL Gazette ended its strike with minimal
bloodshed and with famed columnist Olumbo Huxtable still on the staff. The BFFL podcast,
however, has been put on an indefinite hiatus by creators Noonan and Chris. There is no
timetable for when the next episode will be produced.
