Perform troubleshooting both hardware and network systems and implement
appropriate diagnosis and repairs.
Set-up users accounts and profiles and train them on the operation of the system.
Ensure that procedural documentations and reports are properly maintained and filed
accordingly.
Review and ensure that policies and procedures in the use of systems are effectively
implemented.
Test and evaluate new technology that management plan to adopt and install; provide
recommendations and guidance relative theoretical.
Configure and manage DNS and DHCP.
Respond in a timely manner to requests for diagnosis and troubleshooting of systems.
Ensure that spare parts are always available and avoid unnecessary downtime of
hardware and systems.
