Lynx S technical features

Easily accessible bithermal combi boiler

The new Lynx S combi boiler provides heating and hot water using proven technology. Its easy to access and
maintain thanks to its straightforward product design, and a low energy output of 18 or 24 kW combined with
its affordability make it the ideal solution for small households and properties.

Energy grade 2 meets governmental requirements for non-condensing boilers and thanks
to the devices integrated interface with PCB,
no external control is necessary and its easy for
installers to service and read the appliance. A
full flame modulation ranging from 40 to 100%
allows heating to be adapted to your needs
more finely and reduces on-off cycles, therefore
saving gas. Should the water entering the boiler be too cold, it automatically switches on to
avoid the pipes freezing and protect the device
from frost. The Lynx S is designed with older
properties in mind, integrating an eight-litre
expansion vessel to support large heating water
installations. However, its also suitable for
modern homes thanks to its compatibility with
underfloor heating systems. In addition, the
device features electronic ignition and comes
with a two-year warranty, giving you peace of
mind.

The Lynx combi boiler features reliable technology that provides you with heating and hot water. Its plate-toplate heat exchanger gives the boiler a long life cycle and thanks to its high flow rate, large households can
conveniently use several taps at the same time.

The new Protherm steel panel radiators have a wide range and high output levels, and are simple to install. Tested at 13 bar, they feature a high operating
pressure (10 bar), have a 33-mm pitch and, depending on the model, come

hanging screws, wall plugs, a hanging bracket, gaskets and a connecting pipe. Thanks to this combination, the connecting
direction can be changed extremely conveniently.

Pipes and screws

Domestic hot-water pipes often make use of an aluminium isolation valve, which prevents water from
flowing back effectively and is particularly suitable for
high-rise buildings. The copper filter stops boiler components being damaged and is itself highly resistant
to corrosion. The hanging screws and wall plugs allow
the boiler to be hung on the wall.

Hanging bracket

An iron hanging bracket can be attached to the wall

using the hanging screws provided. The boiler can
then be mounted on the bracket easily.

Gaskets

Ten gaskets are included among the accessories and

should be placed on the terminals of connecting pipes
to prevent leaking.

Connecting pipes

Five copper connecting pipes are supplied with the

boiler and two of these (15 mm) are to be used on the
domestic hot-water inlet and outlet pipes. The others
(22 mm) are suitable for the central-heating inlet, central-heating outlet and gas inlet pipes on the bottom
of the boiler.
