Multi-channel fill-featured ultrasonic

instrument with up to 32 channels and
programmable I/O parts

Introduction
The UTScan-100 is an all-in-one, full-featured PC based industrial ultrasonic instrument for in factory usage.
Employing 32-bit PCI architecture, instrument operation is made fast and easy via windows based inspection
screens and intuitive dialogue boxes for ultrasonic setup.
Configurable with either single or multi-channel front-end square wave pulser/receivers, the UTScan-100 is
expandable up to 32 independent ultrasonic channels and programmable I/O ports.
The UTScan-100 delivers: 95dB true instrument gain, 50dB DAC, 35MHz analog bandwidth and ample
storage for virtually an unlimited number of setup files for different transducers and inspection plans.

Product applications
Flaw detection in metals, composites andplastic materials,
Wall and clad thickness measurements
A and B-scan evaluation
Typical applications include:
Forgings Billets
Plates Rolls Pipes Automotive
Train rail and wheel
