glass bottle prop, in the unlikely event of the glass breaking; this could be hazardous to the people near by as well as the environment. Broken glass penetrating someones skin or eye could be very harmful, whilst having broken glass left in the area could harm near by wildlife as well as others who may be passing. Another prop that could be hazardous, is the lighter we use during the production. In the unlikely event of someone being burnt or a fire spreading, it could cause bodily harm, as well harm to nearby nature.
In order to prevent this, we
could ensure the bottle is handled with care and maturity. Placing the bottle within a bag in-between takes and ensuring we do not leave it anywhere it could be knocked, or fall from a height.
In order to prevent any
accidents occurring through misuse of the lighter, all members of the group can ensure the lighter is used responsibly and only for the scenes it is featured in.
Why was it rated this
link factor? I have given this a risk factor of 4 because if an injury was to be sustained through the bottle, it could cause serious harm.
I rate this risk a 2 simply
because of the unlikeliness of any harm or injury occurring from the lighter.

For one of our scenes,
we shoot in a narrow alley way. Due to all the human and animal waste, broken glass, and even needles that we found there, this environment is hazardous. Many injuries or illnesses could occur from this harmful environment and a lot of care has to be taken whilst filming.
To prevent any illness or
injury whilst filming in this space, each group member/actor should be responsible for themselves and carry themselves cautiously whilst there: this means avoiding sitting on the floor or any surfaces in the alley, not eating or drinking whilst in the alley, and ensure we act responsibly to avoid any accidents through foolish behaviour.
Due to the high number of
hazardous things within the alley, I have given this risk the highest rating as a numerous of injuries could occur, as well as there being the possibility of someone falling very sick.
One of our scenes
entailed our actress smoking a fake joint, made with herbal tea. Although the substance was not a drug, any kind of smoking can be harmful to your health. As well as this; if done wrong, smoking the herbal tea could have burnt the actresses lip, or body part if not
In order to prevent any
mishaps, the actress could practice her safe smoking techniques in a controlled environment to ensure she does not begin filming blind.
I rated this lowest possible
risk factor because of the unlikeliness of any harm being obtained this way.

handled correctly. There
is also the possibility of it starting a fire, if not put out properly.
During one of our
scenes, our actress sits under a running shower, fully clothed. This could be hazardous in that our actress could slip or fall whilst manoeuvring in and out of the shower.
In order to prevent this, we
should ensure safety measures are taken such as having a slip resistant matt in the shower, as well as mat to step onto when exiting the shower, to lessen the chance of slipping.
I rated this risk factor of 3,
as it could cause serious injury but with the correct safety procurations being taken, it is easily preventable.
For one of our scenes,
we will need to travel via train to get to our disclosed location. During our travels we will be carrying with us expensive filming equipment that could make us vulnerable as targets of theft or a robbery.
In order to protect the
equipment as well as ourselves as much as possible, we should ensure we keep all equipment within the bags and on a person at all times. We should also ensure that we do not leave any equipment unattended to during filming.
I rated this a low risk factor
as it can prevented as long as the necessary care is taken
