SPARK programmes are aimed at engaging youth between 18 and 35 in entrepreneurship, especially recent
graduates from higher education, as there are usually
very few opportunities for them. Figure 7 shows the minimum age, average age, and maximum age of the beneficiaries at the time they entered SPARKs programme.
At the time of the interview MFS I (2006-2010) beneficiaries were many years older than when they entered the
programme.
