Leader: Merciful and holy God, You
pardon all who truly turn from their sins
and look to You in faith. We humbly
confess our sins and ask for Your mercy:
we have not loved You with a pure heart,
nor have we loved our neighbour as
ourselves. We have not done justice,
loved kindness, or walked humbly with
You, our God.

Leader: Have mercy on us, O God. In
Your lovingkindness and great compassion, cleanse us from all our sins in

Faith Beyond Belief Info Night & Fundraiser

Faith Beyond Belief's is having its first annual Fall Gala and Fundraiser on
Saturday, October 24th at Woodgreen Presbyterian Church (12777 Candle Crescent
SW). There will be a silent auction, finger food and Christian humourist, Phil
Callaway. There will be more details shared about the Be Ready 2016 Conference
and an introduction of their new staff member, New Citys own Gordon Hawkes.

Calgary Reformation Conference

The Reformation Conference will be held Friday evening, October 30th and
Saturday morning, October 31st at Bethel URC Church (730 - 101 Street SW in
Springbank). The guest speaker is Dr. Cornel Venema, president of Mid-America
Reformed Seminary. Dr. Venema will speak on Christs Kingship in All of Life
focusing on the Two Kingdoms/Natural Law Perspective and the Threefold Office of

Skatelife Calgary Ball Hockey Tournament

Skatelifes 8th Annual Hockey Day in Calgary is coming up on November 21st.


They are looking for help as they reach for a goal of $100,000! God has laid out a
great deal of opportunities for them over the next couple years and they are excited
to see how God will provide again through this fundraiser! If you would like to play

Save the Date: Ladies Retreat 2016

Details are still being ironed out, but our sister church, Woodgreen Presbyterian
Church has taken on planning the next Alberta-wide PCA Ladies Retreat. They have
booked Rivers Edge Camp near Cremona for April 8th-9th (Friday night & all day
Saturday). All women 18+ are invited, including nursing moms. Stay tuned for more
