1. LOYALTY AWARD
Loyalty is an extremely personal thing, not just a generic thing that could
applied with every employee, people are different, and it is the
responsibility of each manager who manages a team, to sit with each
team member, ask them about how to gain their loyalty, then escalate
that to the higher management teams, and only then the comapny can
put plans to gain each and every employee's loyalty.
Loyalty cannot be measured, but only be perceived. Some organizations
use questionnaires to check loyalty, but it may not yield correct result, as a
disloyal can fake loyalty to earn credits.
At any rate, here are simple ways to measure loyalty of employees:
1. Employees that proactively ask to do additional work to help company
achieve objectives/goals.
2. Actively contributes to generate ideas, suggestions that can improve
company performance and earnings.
3. Always look for opportunities to help others, share
experiences/knowledge.
4. Always willing to take challenging tasks and never say no.
5. Never hide issues, or other information. Proactively offers solutions.
6. Adheres to company policies, principles, and discipline without fail and
set example to others.
2. BRIGADA AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING INITIATIVE
The initiative puts into realization that workers themselves best know their
respective work areas and operational processes, and that therefore,
their contribution on ideas of systematic workflow resulted in less
overhead, improved productivity in terms of effective marketing,
increased sales and efficient collections.
The competition is focused on creating initiatives in three areas of great
interest:
WORKFLOW: Ideas that improve coordination and work processes.
PRODUCTIVITY: Ideas that improve the results of an operation to achieve
set goals, without sacrificing efficient workflow.
