1.) Area of application


This QM agreement applies to contractual products supplied by the Supplier and it
applies to all deliveries that are made from the date of signature onwards.
There is no reference in the individual orders.
The rules of this QM agreement become a part of every order.
It is therefore not necessary to make any reference in the orders to the observance of
this QM agreement.

2.) Before starting work


2.1 Documents
The Supplier shall ensure before work is started that all technical documents are
thoroughly checked for completeness and understood and that all unresolved issues
have been cleared up, taking into account the delivery date.

2.2 Equipment and staff


The Supplier shall ensure that its production facilities and the level of training of its
staff are appropriate to the manufacture of the range of parts included in the
promised delivery. The Supplier must ensure that its inspection facilities and
inspection equipment are in good condition and that they are subject to regular
checks.

3. Product characteristics
3.1 The requirements as in the drawings
... such as measurements, tolerances, shape and position tolerances, the quality of
the materials and surface characteristics must be observed.
If there are questions, uncertainties or missing information please contact Quality
Management at the Dobrodel d.o.o. urgently.

3.2 Defects
The Supplier must mention all defects that occur.
In any event there should be a discussion about possible usability with DOBRODEL
d.o.o.
Quality Management before delivery.
If they are accepted, the goods are to be accompanied by the confirmed defect
report.

Repairs are never permitted without an enquiry!

3.3 Change service


If changes are necessary to works orders that are in progress or in preparation,
theSupplier shall be informed of this by means of a form and signature. Receipt,
implementation and any price changes must be returned to DOBRODEL d.o.o. by
theSupplier, confirmed by signature.

4. Quality
The Supplier shall ensure by appropriate receipt, intermediate and final inspections
that the units supplied conform to the order requirements. Relevant records are to be
made, retained and if necessary made available to DOBRODEL d.o.o..
The goods must comply with the quality standards as specified and this must be
confirmed as a note added to the delivery note.

Example:
It is hereby confirmed that the items shown above comply with the relevant standards
or the order specifications and the enclosed specifications.

5. Deadline, transportation and dispatch


The confirmed deadline must be met. This specified deadline means:
Receipt of the goods on our premises.
The relevant DOBRODEL d.o.o. (Order Placement) must be informed immediately of
any variations from deadlines and delays.
The protection and packaging must be appropriate and should provide adequate
protection from damage, corrosion and dirt.
Delivery of the individual parts is to be in the contractually specified quantities. Part
deliveries in exceptional cases are to be agreed with DOBRODEL d.o.o.

5.1 Delivery documents


The Supplier must ensure that all deliveries are accompanied by all the delivery
documents:

-Delivery note with quantity, description and reference number


-Order number (if appropriate to the purpose)
-The order-related drawings (unless otherwise agreed)
-Records/factory certificate required
-Any existing defect reports
When packing, the delivery documents are to be attached to the packaging in a clear
and secure manner.

6. After delivery
6.1 Rework and replacement
In urgent cases the Supplier shall guarantee, especially in the case of rejection or
unusable condition of the parts because of poor quality, that a replacement will be
delivered or the defective part will be made good within 8 working days.

6.2 Rework at DOBRODEL d.o.o.


Depending on DOBRODEL d.o.o. technical facilities and DOBRODEL d.o.o. consent,
deliveries that are the subject of a complaint may be reworked at the express wish of
theSupplier or for reasons of deadlines e.g. delay in delivery by the Supplier.
The costs of the correction of defects are borne by the Supplier.
Claim processing and handling
a)All rejects will be collected from the factory by the Supplier and recharged.
b)Any replacement delivery demanded is to be delivered free of charge to our
premises under a new order number and to be reinvoiced by the Supplier.
c)Handling costs of 100.00 per complaint will be charged to the Supplier.

7. General
Additional individual agreements with the each Supplier are possible but they must
be submitted in written form.
DOBRODEL d.o.o. reserves the right to carry out only limited inspections of receipts
and then only on a random sample basis.
Therefore the Supplier is liable for any quality inspections not carried out or not
properly carried out.
The Supplier declares that it accepts all the points and rules mentioned and
promises that they will be observed.
