2016 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Applications must be received by April 4, 2016. One (1) one thousand dollar ($1,000) scholarship

CRITERIA
1.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale during their junior and senior years.
2.
Must provide letters of recommendation from their school and other activities.
3.
Type a 250 word essay on how you will Make a Difference after graduation from college.
4.
Focus will be on both school and non-school activities.
5.
Please add picture with application.
6.
Checks will be awarded to student in June.

A. ESSAY: This is your opportunity to tell the selection committee how you will make a difference
