I am writing this in support of Mr. Asad Farid and his desires to attend your University for M.S Program at
School of Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Technology. Though many students ask me to make this
request on their behalf, I only recommend students whom I feel are well-suited for the program of their choice.
Mr. Asad is one of those students and therefore, I highly recommend that he be given the opportunity to
attend your university. He has consistently shown such a strong desire to learn that I simply cannot turn down
his request for recommendation.He is known to me as an undergraduate student in the subject Refrigeration
and Air Conditioning. His performance in this subject was impressive and he managed to secure A grade in
the subject. Mr. Asad is an intelligent student and has good analytical skills. His written work is both clear and
concise. At a personal level, he is well- disciplined, industrious student with a pleasant personality. He has
proven himself to have the perseverance and initiative, and the intellectual creativity necessary to complete an
advanced graduate degree. I would therefore strongly recommend him.

I am writing this letter in support of Mr. Asad Farid who has been a student of
Mechanical Engineering at University of Engineering & Technology Lahore. In my
capacity as a Professor at Mechanical Department, I have known him for three years
during his bachelor program and have found him to be an aspiring and sincere student.

He was my student in the courses of Heat and Mass Transfer and Renewable Energy
Resources. He has done very well in these courses which are reflected in his University
transcript. He has good understanding of the fundamentals of all the core subjects of
Mechanical Engineering which will help him a great deal in furthering his skills during the
higher studies.

At a personal level Mr. Asad is a well-disciplined, industrious student with a pleasant

personality. He is a person with positive attitude towards life and enjoys his work.

Mr. Asad is interested in strengthening his academic proficiency. I believe his endurance
and analytic skills will contribute significantly to the research at your institute. I strongly
