You were recently being awarded a new construction project of Proposed development of 200
units of two-storey terrace house by a client. You were requested by the client to provide a
preliminary risk assessment report prior to the commencement of the construction, and
recommend the appropriate risk controls to ensure the safety and health of workers while
performing their works, and further prevent an accident. Your report should be in accordance
with the HIRARC guideline.
