UNIQNESS ABOUT THE INSTITUTE:

The special quality of this institute is that

the old students or the alumni those who retire
from the industry will be called back to their alma
mater for guiding the future generation towards
the pillars of success.

PRINCIPLES OF OUR INSTITUTIION:

STUDENT CENTRED The highest priority of the education
system is the success of the student.
ACCESSIBLE Every student has the right of access to a
quality education consistent with the student's needs and
abilities.
COLLABORATIVE Education, which provides the
foundation for lifelong learning, best occurs when partners
and stakeholders work together to provide a holistic
approach and supportive environment.
ACCOUNTABLE All those involved in the education system
are
Accountable for quality results, system sustainability and
fiscal responsibility.
RESPONSIVE The education system is flexible, anticipates
student needs and provides opportunities for parent and
student choice.
INNOVATIVE The education system demonstrates
leading-edge innovation for improved results.
EQUITABLE All students have equitable access to quality
learning opportunities.

SIGNIFICANT OPPORTUNITIES AND

CHALLENGES:

The following environmental factors have been identified as

having significant potential to influence the Education's
direction considered these factors in the context of
identifying strategic priorities and
Strategies that will ensure high quality learning
opportunities, excellent student outcomes and support for
Continuous improvements to the education system.
Strengthening our high quality education system goes
hand in hand with addressing values and increasing
expectations. Changing demographics and economic
growth are affecting how and where students learn.
Technology holds both possibilities and complexities, and
our global environment is interdependent and is impacting
the education system.

STRENGTHENING A HIGH QUALITY

EDUCATION SYSTEM:

This education system must be recognized nationally and

internationally as one of the best in the world. System and
the reason our students consistently rank at the top in
national and international testing. The challenge for is to
work toward continuous
Improvement, finding ways to strengthen the education
system at all levels, jurisdiction and department. All
partners and stakeholders share this responsibility, helping
to balance competing fiscal, human resource and policy
priorities with rising public demand for choice, flexibility
and adaptability.

PUBLIC VALUES AND INCREASING

EXPECTATIONS:
This institute has a strong education system that supports
every student, installs positive values and promotes
diversity and respect
Education system that responds to diverse needs and
provides access to optimum learning environments that
include choice and opportunities for success for all students
throughout their years of stay. The public is also equally
responsible and accountable for results; is continuously
improving; and positions students to good posts in life.We
also recognize that a world-class education does not come
about by accident. Everyone, from parents to students,
teachers and administrators, government and the
community, has an important and cooperative role to play
in building and maintaining a strong education system.

CHANGING DEMOGRAPHICS AND

ECONOMICS:

India’s changing demographics, continuing urbanization

and economic growth are having an impact on the
education system. The birth-rate in India is increasing and
the economy is attracting individuals and families from
outside the country, with many settling in urban areas.
Student population rates are expected to rise, although not
all jurisdictions will be equally impacted. First Nations,
Métis and Inuit student populations are growing
significantly. These demographic shifts as well as others,
such as an aging population, are generating competition
for public resources. In addition, the country’s strong
economy has the potential to attract youth into the
workforce.

INFLUENCES OF TECHNOLOGY :

Increasingly, technology plays a central role in B-school

education, enabling new approaches to teaching and
learning as well as increasing the capacity to support
student learning, teacher
Development and administrative efficiencies. Students
must be prepared to understand, use and apply technology
in effective, efficient and ethical ways. Sound instructional
approaches, coupled with the appropriate use of
technology, will help students to acquire
Skills to be successful in a knowledge-based society.
Strong leadership and wise decision making at both the
provincial and local levels are necessary to realize
opportunities for using technology effectively in education.
Enabling students and teachers to access current
technology must be a consideration when determining
school infrastructure needs.

IMPACTS OF GLOBALIZATION:
The dynamic global environment and its increasing
complexity present unique opportunities and challenges for
the youths. Students must acquire the knowledge, skills
and attitudes that
enable them to participate, innovate and take advantage of
the economic and cultural opportunities that globalization
provides. Management education programs, through
curriculum and learning resources, must keep pace with
this global environment. High
Completion and the transition to post- studies are
important contributors to success in the workforce. The
education system must be committed to being globally
competitive while retaining Indian values and priorities.

Core Business: Lead and Support the

Management Education System

Our Education strives to provide high quality learning

opportunities for b school students by:
• Setting policies and standards for program development,
• Providing support for program implementation,
• Enhancing programs to meet the needs of all students,
and
• Providing funding for the education system.
High quality learning opportunities for all includes
increased access to and participation in educational
programs and barrier-free learning pathways to enable
increased levels of educational attainment. So we will
continue to implement strategies that help in achieving this
goal.
The following have been identified as Goal one
outcomes:
• The education system meets the needs of all students,
society and the economy.
• Youth at risk have their needs addressed through
effective programs and supports.

STRATEGIES:

- Support and implementing the other languages.

- Work with Health and Wellness to support

implementation of
Wellness initiatives.

- Support the implementation of new and revised English

and
French programs of study in Information systems.

- Develop new, and revise existing, career and technology

studies
Curriculum.

- Continue to foster a safe and caring environment

through:
• bullying prevention strategies,
• Effective behavioural supports, and
• enhancing communications on safe and caring
activities.

- Implement shared strategies to enhance opportunities

for
Students to explore career options and to enable
seamless
Transitions within B-school and to further study or work.

- Work to implement strategies for sustaining programs

offered to
Students in other areas wherever this has not reached.

- Develop a framework for a coordinated approach to

distributed
Learning in the institute

- Enhance the use of current and emerging technologies to

increase
Program choice and access for students.

FINANCE:
For a start up business the best way to finance
for his business is to go in for a venture capital or an
angel investor. Since for an entrepreneur the venture
capitalist helps to make the business plan a success.
This is an encouragement for new entrepreneurs to
shine in the market.

LOCATION:
The aim of the institute is to establish in a
geographic area where the management education has
not penetrated in the market. So decided to place in
Mysore because its not a metropolitan but since
management education is just rising up slowly so this
can be targeted as a geographical location.
THREATS:
One big threat to the leading B-schools comes from
corporate training centres. As MBA programmes become
increasingly expensive, more and more companies may
begin recruiting their management talent directly from
bachelor's degree programmes and train the recruits at
their own training centres.

DRAWBACK:

Corporate training centres like Infosys, Larsen & Toubro,

TCS and Dr Reddy's lab may today not be as well
equipped as the IIMs for imparting management
education.

MARKETING PLANS:

The major way is to make consumer awareness

about the worth of having an MBA. The next alternatives
are utilizing the media communication, advertising by all
channels.

LEGAL FORMALITIES:
To obtain a valid license for starting the institute

Getting it registered under the Act

Getting accredited by NAAC & Approved by AICTE

Making it affiliated under a recognized university

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:

An essential component of CSR is to take

care for the community. We endeavour to make a
positive contribution to the underprivileged communities
by supporting a wide range of socio-economic,
educational and health initiatives. Many of the
community projects and programs are driven by active
participation from the employees. Our commitment to
address societal needs extends throughout by our
philanthropic outreach programs.

This is for the purpose of improving, guiding and

inspiring lives of the underprivileged. Experiences and
personal opportunities are also provided for those in the
community who have little or no access to assistance.

Health has been identified as a primary objective in the
