Request for proposal
Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Interested parties may send the proposal by mail to the contact persons identified above
by COB on March 15, 2010. The receipt of the proposal shall be acknowledged to all
applicants. Short–listed parties may be required to further discuss the scope of activities
and the milestones for the progress of the project. The team shall be required to travel
extensively for the project implementation.
The applicants are requested to include the following information as a minimum in their
proposal:

Only those candidates shall be short listed for further negotiation who meet the following
criteria
1. Prior experience of developing HR systems and procedures
2. Provide acceptance reference of at least two previous assignments of similar
nature
3. Availability of key persons to be engaged in the assignment

The consultant shall develop a policy and procedure framework based on the
international best practices. The project shall at a minimum include the following areas
