IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU APPLY ONLINE

Please ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria specified, before you start filling up
the Application ONLINE. Applications once submitted cannot be altered / resubmitted,
under any circumstance .

Please keep the following data / details ready before you start filling up the Form
ONLINE:

 Marks scored and Maximum Marks allotted by the School/ College/ University /
Institution or CGPA / SGPA Gradations / Ratings for all the Semesters / Years of
your Graduation .
 You should possess a valid E-mail ID (preferably create your own Email-
ID now if you do not have one ) for filling the application and for further
communication.
 Candidates belonging to General category are required to make a Demand
Draft for Rs. 600/- (for online) and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH
category are required to make a Demand Draft for Rs.300/- in favour
of "Director NBRC payable at Manesar/ Gurgaon", in order to submit
the Application ONLINE. (In case you have not taken Demand Draft,
please take it and then come back to submit the application)
 Medium of Question Paper will be English.
 Candidates may apply for both the programmes as per the pre-requisite eligibility
by sending separate applications and fees to be paid separately.
 (Only for the Ph.D. in Neuroscience Programme): Candidates who have
qualified for JRF in CSIR/UGC/ICMR/ICCSR/ DBT-JRF National or any other
equivalent examination carrying Fellowship are exempted from appearing
for the Entrance Test. Such candidates may apply Online / Offline and they are
required to apply along with requisite Demand Draft for the admission using the
Application Form with the proof of qualification. They may be called for the
interview subject to fulfilling the other requirements.

Candidate are required to enter the following on the reverse of the Demand
Draft: i) Write his / her name ii) Application Reference Number allotted by
the System when the Application is submitted iii) Course applied and send it
along with Testimonials with regard to proof of Age , Qualification, Caste
/Class etc.,so as to reach Latest by 12.04.2010 (for Online), at the following
