Led quality control, fraud and recovery and dealer operations functions across the entire organization.
Led a staff of 50+ including 2 AVP's, 3 Managers and 45+ analysts who ensured integrity and compliance
of the loans and dealers boarded and serviced in our originations and servicing platforms.
In 2013 was tasked with managing a project to rebuild originations & servicing quality control review
processes and reporting, creating a more efficient review process and allowing faster and more
robust reporting for the executive team.
Managed project involving the development of a missing equipment review and recovery process
involving repossessions, recouped over $800K in recovery for the organization in the first year.
Led strategy sessions for Servicing Improvement committee tasked with reducing early payment
defaults in the portfolio through improved reporting and policy and process improvement.
Oversaw fraud investigation process that averages $2.4MM in dealer recoveries annually.
Developed an internal policy and procedures manual focused on accountability and compliance.

Completed training courses involving Small Business lending and Import/Export Financing of Foreign
Exchange through Ex-Im Bank.
Asked by management to lead a project to redefine policy and procedures for Ex-Im Bank program.
National Underwriting Manager with oversight responsibility for $2.0 billion in annual originations
and managing the credit authority process for over 50 Underwriters.
Member of Risks Senior Management Team that was recognized as one of the top 3 Risk
Management organizations within the Citigroup Consumer Finance Operations.
Oversaw the fraud recovery process that averaged in excess of $4MM in recoveries annually.
Managed Project that developed high risk collateral evaluation process that reduced annualized
losses by $500K.
Recruited by Chief Risk Officer to lead the underwriting and due diligence teams for each portfolio
acquisition; led team to underwrite, audit and approve over $400MM in portfolio loan acquisitions.
Recruited by CEO of company and Risk Head to lead a project involving a 12 month pilot program
involving paying our dealers only flat fees to originate loans through Citi Auto. Despite Citi Auto
being the only lender in the market place with this type of program, losses decreased and volume
remained flat during pilot.
