Operate all wheel vehicles and equipment over varied terrain and roadways for support of combat
operations. Manage trucking of personnel being transported. Oversee and check proper loading and
unloading of cargo on vehicles and trailers. Secure cargo against inclement weather, pilferage, and
damage. Operate vehicle component material handling equipment (MHE), as required. Employ land
navigation techniques. Must be knowledgeable with the operation of radios and weapons when they are
mounted on the vehicle. Perform vehicle self-recovery and field expedients to include towing vehicles.

Plastic Molding and Casting Machine Operators and Tenders ( 4 yrs 6 mos )
1. Breaks seals that hold plastic product in molds, using hand tool, and 3 to 4 years
removes product from mold.
2. Dumps plastic powder, preformed plastic pellets, or preformed rubber slugs 3 to 4 years
into hopper of molding machine.
3. Examines molded product for surface defects, such as dents, bubbles, thin 3 to 4 years
areas, and cracks.
4. Feels stiffness and consistency of molded sheeting to detect machinery 3 to 4 years
malfunction.
5. Fills tubs, molds, or cavities of machine with plastic material in solid or liquid 3 to 4 years
form prior to activating machine.
6. Heats plastic material prior to forming product or cools product after 3 to 4 years
processing to prevent distortion.
7. Mixes and pours liquid plastic into rotating drum of machine that spreads, 1 to 2 years
hardens, and shapes mixture.
8. Observes continuous operation of automatic machine and width and 3 to 4 years
alignment of plastic sheeting to ensure side flanges.
9. Observes meters and gauges to verify specified temperatures, pressures, 3 to 4 years

top of mold to facilitate loading of molds.
11. Pulls level and toggle latches to fill mold and regulate tension on sheeting 3 to 4 years
and to release mold covers.
