Few Words From The Director
The moment of uncertainty and despair caused by the present economic crisis having its
genesis in America is about to end. With India expected to be the centre stage of all the
global activities in the coming times, the role of the management education indeed is going
to be very important. Creativity, charisma, innovativeness are some of the key words that
are to be kept in mind while proceeding with the happenings of the changing environment
of the country. A desire to learn is perhaps the strongest factor after intellectual level that is
responsible for making or breaking careers. And we have armed our students with all our
arsenals and have made our warriors for corporate battlefield.
With the present changing scenario most important facts that needs to be taken care is the
scarce economic resources and the quality human resources. It is human resources which is
crucial in the optimal and efficient utilization of these economic resources. And our role in
this time is to create such efficient human resources which could bring an edge to any
organisation that they join and thereby they could benefit any organization to the fullest.
Change is obvious and so is the case with IPM, which regularly journeys on the track of
change. Change in its teaching pedagogy and many other techno-structural changes are
staples in IPM to bring every student in tune with requirement of time. With this changing
environment IPM has been a front runner in terms of creating and nurturing India's
corporate future. Faculties of the IPM are the real champions putting all their efforts in
formation of the creators and architects of the future corporate world. IPM derives its
strength from its unique practice oriented pedagogy and modern approach to curriculum
with the paradigm shift in state of the art facilities in campus which enable students to grow,
learn, apply the knowledge gained and to add to their knowledge by thinking creatively.

of them.
