THE CHOSEN ONES

FOR MANY ARE CALLED, BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN
(Mat_22:14)

Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you,

and ordained you, that ye should go and bring
forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain:
that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in
my name, he may give it you. These things I
command you, that ye love one another. (Joh
15:16-17)
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood,
an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should
shew forth the praises of him who hath called you
out of darkness into his marvellous light: (1Pe_2:9)

Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to

the Gentiles, nor to the church of God: (1Co_10:32)
THE HIGH PRIEST THEN ASKED JESUS OF HIS
DISCIPLES, AND OF HIS DOCTRINE.
Joh 18:19 The high priest then asked Jesus of his
disciples, and of his doctrine.
Joh 18:20 Jesus answered him, I spake openly to
the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in
the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in
secret have I said nothing.
Joh 18:21 Why askest thou me? ask them which
heard me, what I have said unto them: behold, they
know what I said.
Joh 18:22 And when he had thus spoken, one of the
officers which stood by struck Jesus with the palm
of his hand, saying, Answerest thou the high priest
so?
Joh 18:23 Jesus answered him, If I have spoken evil,
bear witness of the evil: but if well, why smitest
thou me?
For we cannot but speak the things which we have
seen and heard. So when they had further
threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing
how they might punish them, because of the

people: for all men glorified God for that which was

Joh 5:44 How can ye believe, which receive

honour one of another, and seek not the

honour that cometh from God only?

OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST

Act 4:15 But when they had commanded them to go

Jesus.

Act 4:21 So when they had further threatened them,

OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
DESPITE THE BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL WORKS
THAT HE DID, THE JEWS PROMULGATED LAWS
BANNING PEOPLE FROM PROCLAIMING HIM AND
PROPAGATING HIS GOOD TEACHINGS AND DEEDS.
ANYONE WHO ATTEMPTED TO GLORIFY HIM WAS
PUNISHED SWIFTLY. HENCE, THE PARENTS OF
THE BLIND YOUNG MAN REFUSED TO TELL THE
JEWS WHO RESTORED THE SIGHT OF THEIR SON.

SOME PEOPLE HAVE GIVEN THEMSELVES VARIOUS
TITLES SUCH AS CHRIST, KING, SOLE SPIRITUAL
HEAD, AND SO ON, EVEN HERE IN THIS KINGDOM. I
WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT IT IS NOT THE
NAME THAT YOU ARE CALLED THAT IS IMPORTANT
BUT THE STATE OF YOUR HEART. ANY WHO IS
SHORT OF THIS QUALITY HAS NO PLACE IN THE
KINGDOM OF GOD.

JESUS CHRIST IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY

AND FOREVER. (Heb 13:8).
When Our Lord Jesus Christ came, He went into
the synagogues and temples not to curse the
people, but to preach the Word of God to them
and to heal the sick ones. HE WENT TO THE
MARKET PLACE AND EVERYWHERE
DISSEMINATING THE WORD OF GOD AND THIS IS
THE ASSIGNMENT WHICH EACH AND EVERYONE
OF YOU MUST STRIVE TO ACCOMPLISH. DID YOU
HEAR THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST BUILT ANY
HOUSE? I have commissioned you to go from
place to place but when you go there you end up
cursing the people there, telling them that
hitherto they were in utter darkness, threatening
them to come over to Brotherhood, telling them
that they should come and see the Holy Father. Is
that what you were commissioned to
accomplish?

THOSE I CALL:
How thinkest ye? If a man have a hundred
sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he

not leave the ninety-nine and goeth into the

mountains and seeketh that which is gone
astray? And if so he that find it, verily I say unto
you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep than of the
ninety-nine which went not astray. Matthew
18:12-13). It is said also: That likewise joy shall
be in heaven, over one sinner that repenteth,
more than over ninety-nine just person which
need no repentance. (Luke 15:7).

THE GOOD SHEPHERD
Joh 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my
sheep, and am known of mine.
Joh 10:15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I
the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.
Joh 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of
this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall
hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one
shepherd.
Joh 10:17 Therefore doth my Father love me,
because I lay down my life, that I might take it
again.
Joh 10:18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it
down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I
have power to take it again. This commandment

MY SHEEP FOLLOW ME AND I GIVE THEM ETERNAL

THE LOVE OF THE FATHER
Joh 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think

God in you.

THERE IS ONLY ONE LORD

DIVERSITY OF GIFTS BUT ONE SPIRIT: (1Cor
12:4)
Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same
spirit. For one is given by the spirit the word or
wisdom; to another gifts of healing by the same
spirit. To another the working of miracles; to
another prophecy; to another discerning of
spirits; to another diverse kinds of tongues; to
another the interpretation of tongues. But all
these worketh that one and the self same spirit;
dividing to every man severally, as he will. (1 Cor
12:4-11) HOW MANY LORDS ARE THERE? THERE
IS ONLY ONE LORD. THERE IS ONLY ONE
TEACHER. THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD. THERE IS
ONLY ONE SPIRIT. HOW MANY PERSONS ARE
THERE THEN? ONLY ONE.
REVEAL BROTHERHOOD TO THE WORLD:
No person has acquired this recondite wisdom.
When the scales will fall off your eyes, then your
eyes will be opened, you will no longer look for a
child of your own. You will no longer look for a
wife or a husband, neither will you look for
anything because all these things are in

abundance here in the Kingdom. Your only duty is

to show forth this Brotherhood. IT IS SAID THAT
WEALTH IS FOUND HERE, MONEY IS FOUND
HERE, AND ALL MANNERS OF EMPLOYMENTS
ARE FOUND HERE BUT WHAT WE ARE REALLY
LOOKING FOR ARE PEOPLE WHO TELL THE
TRUTH.
YOU ARE WITNESSES TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE
NEVER SENT YOU TO FOUND A CHURCH, OR TO
BUILD A CHURCH. BUT I HAVE ALWAYS
COMMISSIONED YOU TO GO AND PREACH THE
GLORY OF GOD TO MAKE THEM KNOW THAT WE
ARE ALL BROTHERHOOD. WHEN YOU GO THERE,
REVEAL BROTHERHOOD TO THEM. YOUR DUTY IS
TO REVEAL AND TO DEMONSTRATE IN
PRACTICAL TERMS WHAT BROTHERHOOD IS ALL
ABOUT. BROTHERHOOD MEANS CHILDREN OF
GOD. IF YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD, WHAT ABOUT
THE THIEVES, THE SWINDLERS, THE EVIL DOERS
LANGUISHING THERE? ARE THEY NOT ALSO THE
CHILDREN OF GOD? YOU ARE TO GO TO THEM
AND PREACH TO THEM THESE GOOD TIDINGS OF
GREAT JOY. IT MAY BE BECAUSE THEY FIND
THEMSELVES IN THIS PREDICAMENT BECAUSE
OF LACK OF EMPLOYMENT, BECAUSE OF NOT
HEARING THE WORD OF GOD OR BECAUSE OF
LACK OF MONEY.

Whatever may be the spring board of their

predicaments, when you get to them you will be
able to win them back and God will change and
reform them.

DO NOT BLAME BUT SHOW PEOPLE THE TRUTH:

There is somebody who is engaging in the
preparation of concoctions, who is going about
naked, who is killing animals, who is sacrificing
animals to his gods and doing all sorts of things.
Never you apportion any blame on him, that he is
a child of perdition, that he is one thing or the
other. Has Satan got a goat? Has a mermaid got
a goat? Has juju got a goat? Is that goat not of
God? Therefore you are to go to him, and tell him
the truth. It may be that his problem was that of
sickness. Whatever may be the cause of his
confused state, once this barrier is removed, the
person will, without any hesitation throw away
those diabolical things. He will re-arrange his
thinking and come back home as a child of God.
DO NOT BE WEARY IN WELL DOING: (Gal 6:9)
You remember when Our Lord Jesus Christ saw
that man who had an infirmity for thirty eight
years at the pool of Bethsaida. He asked, Wilt
thou be made whole?" And the impotent man
answered Him, Sir, I have no man, when the
water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but
while I am coming, another steppeth down before
me.

And Our Lord Jesus Christ came forward and said

unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, walk. (John
5:6-8). And immediately the man was made
whole. You are to go forth and show this truth to
people. Whether they beat you up or they
disgrace you or they make defamatory
statements against you, whatever they do, do not
mind these tendencies, but show the truth.
Whatever action they may take against you,
continue to preach the word of God to them.
There should be no discrimination amongst you,

THE PIGS:
Remember when Our Lord Jesus Christ asked His
disciples saying: whom do men say that I am?
And they said, some say that thou art John the
Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremiah, or
one of the prophets. He said unto them: But
whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter
answered and said unto Him, "Thou art Christ,
the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered
and said, thou art blessed Simon Barjona, for
flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto you but
my Father which is in heaven. And I say unto
thee, that thou art Peter and upon this rock will I
build my Church... (Matt 16:13-18)
What is that rock? It is Simon Peter. Then he
charged His disciples that they should tell no
man that He was Jesus the Christ. (Matt 16:20).

THE EVERLASTING GOSPEL

THE CHOSEN ONES

FIRST LESSON: 1 CORINTHIANS 6:17-18
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye
separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean
thing; and I will receive you; and I will be a father to
you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith
the Lord Almighty.
SECOND LESSON: 1 PETER 3:11-12 Let him shun evil,
and do good; let him seek peace, and pursue it. For
the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his
ears are open to their prayers: but the face of the
Lord is against them that do evil.
GOLDEN TEXT: 1 JOHN 2:15-17 Love not the world,
neither the things that are in the world. If any man
loveth the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and
the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not from
the father, but is from the world. And the world
passeth away, and the lust of it: but he that doeth
the will of God abideth for ever.
INTRODUCTORY SONG: They have been sealed,
they who are spotless.
YOU MUST BE SPOTLESS: Brethren, the above texts,

and chorus constitute the summary of this gospel.

Those that are sealed are spotless, and without
blemish. Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is the
destination point of the entire creation of God.
Therefore, whoever professes to love God, work for
him, and keep all his commandments, but continues
to love the world and the things of the world has
achieved nothing; in fact, such a person has not
started at all. No man can love both God and the
world. This explains why the scripture states that,
Awhoever loves the world has not the love of God in
him.@ On the other hand, no one that loves God is a
friend to the world. This is homework for all of you. I
want you all to stamp this gospel on your foreheads
to serve as a constant reminder of God=s injunction,
that you should not love the world and the things
therein. The world is full of material and carnal lusts;
these will not allow you to arrive successfully at the
destination point.
THE MEASURE OF MAN=S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE
CREATOR: This gospel will help you to know when
you are close to God and when you have departed
from him. It will also open your eyes, ears and all the
senses and lead you to greater spiritual awareness.
The first lesson has warned you not to touch
anything that defies so that God can move closer to
you and you will be his children and he, your father.
By explanation, it means that any moment you are

defiled you are separated from God. This calls for

your complete disengagement from the world so that
God can rejoice with you. Your continued indulgence
in the things of this world will separate you from
God. The only people who shall have a share in this
kingdom and obtain the right of son-ship are those
who have completely separated themselves from the
world. They are those who do not struggle for
positions, names or anything that is of less
importance to this kingdom. This gospel is the Way,
the Truth and the Life. Whatever your designation is,
whether Christ Student, Christ Servant, Child of God
or Bishop, this is immaterial in this kingdom. Do not
expect any person to examine your activities in this
kingdom. This gospel is the only yardstick with
which you can carefully examine your activities in
this kingdom. Do what you may except you practice
this gospel, all is in vain. It is for this reason that
many are called but few are chosen. In other
words, you have to flee completely from sins.
SEPARATE YOURSELF FROM THE WORLD: SOME
PEOPLE HAVE GIVEN THEMSELVES VARIOUS TITLES
SUCH AS CHRIST, KING, SOLE SPIRITUAL HEAD,
AND SO ON, EVEN HERE IN THIS KINGDOM. I WANT
TO LET YOU KNOW THAT IT IS NOT THE NAME THAT
YOU ARE CALLED THAT IS IMPORTANT BUT THE
STATE OF YOUR HEART. ANY WHO IS SHORT OF
THIS QUALITY HAS NO PLACE IN THE KINGDOM OF

GOD. Moreover, no matter how wealthy you are,

whether you are a millionaire or a billionaire, it does
not matter much. Whether you are a professor,
managing director, scientist, president, or anything,
it is not important in this kingdom. What is important
to God is that you must separate yourself from the
world so that the Father will receive and rejoice with
you. This gospel is given to you irrespective of your
material contributions to Brotherhood of the Cross
and Star. Except you abide by this gospel and stay
away from all that is unclean, you are unknown to
God.
THE KINGDOM OF GOD: I have told you repeatedly
that Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is not a
church, healing home of prayer house. Our pride is in
none of the things of this world but in God Almighty
who himself has come down with his Christ. Do not
allow anybody to apprehend and interrogate you over
your misdeeds. You will be damned if your work is of
the flesh.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE KINGDOM: The world
recognizes the rich, the powerful, the mighty, the
highly educated and even rogues. However, this is
not the case in this kingdom. Only the just and
undefiled are highly esteemed. Complete abstinence
from sin is the basic requirement and qualification of
the kingdom. If you have a single sin left in you, you
will be categorized amongst lawbreakers and will be

subject to perdition. He who gave the commandment

that, you should not steal, kill, fornicate, and hate is
the same person who has now enjoined all to refrain
from smoking, drinking, division, swindling and all
other sinful acts. Therefore, if a man should keep all
the other commandments but continue in one sin,
such a man shall perish. In the same vein, a person
who is able to keep only one commandment will
equally perish.
Our Lord Jesus Christ emerged victorious because
he forsook the world. After his baptism, the Holy
Spirit took him to the wilderness where he
underwent a thorough test over the things of this
world. He overcame all temptations because he
separated himself from the world and its lusts, and
was consequently crowned the beloved Son of God.
When the tempter asked Christ to turn stones into
bread, he turned and told him, it is written, man
shall not live by bread alone but by every word that
proceeds from God. The devil knew that Christ was
hungry and that was the appropriate time for him to
launch his temptation. The tempter later took the
Lord to the pinnacle of the temple from where he
showed him the whole earth and the fullness therein
and asked him to bow and worship him and all would
be his. The Lord rebuked him saying, It is written,
thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him alone
shalt thou serve. Having overcome the two tests,

the tempter took the Lord to another high pinnacle

and challenged him to jump down from there for it is
written; God shall give his angels charge concerning
thee. Here the Lord warned him to tempt not his
God. If it were you, would you have withstood or
overcome these temptations? There are many of you
who would not mind leaving Brotherhood of the
Cross and Star just because of food, money or any
other material things. Many sisters in the kingdom
have left to other churches because of their
husbands. Many brethren have because of women
left Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. This explains
why the bible states that it will be impossible for
those who seek the glory of men to please God. This
equally explains the reason why our Lord Jesus
Christ spoke in JOHN 14:30 thus. Hereafter I will
not talk much with you: for the prince of this world
cometh, hath nothing in me.( ) Your prayers are
without end and so innumerable before God. If I may
ask, will the Lord of this earth find nothing in your
hearts when he comes? Men are very carnally
minded and that is why Satan is able to over power
them easily.
THE PICTURE OF GOD: My intention this day is to
paint vividly the picture of God, and to reveal him to
you. Whatever you love other than God, be it your
parents, children, wife, husband, or even yourself is
a barrier to your entrance into this kingdom. Hence,

God has stated clearly that he is a jealous God.

Every test a man passes through comes from God.
These tenets are necessary to place you where you
belong. Do not allow the material things of this world
such as money, food, woman, man etc, to cause you
to depart from God; if you love and believe in him.
Always stand by God irrespective of the situation
you find yourself. A man who loves God would not
mind trekking from London to Calabar or to any
place to discharge functions that will bring glory to
God. Being present with the Father in Calabar cannot
guarantee the inclusion of your name in the kingdom
of God. If you love God, your place of abode not
withstanding, your name will be included in the book
life. Re-examine the First Lesson:

REJECT THE WORLD AND THE LUST THEREIN:
Note what is nominated in the above text; was
money, car, worldly knowledge, power or anything
mundane included therein? You have to separate
yourself from the world and the fullness therein and
the Lord will receive you. Your song at all times
should be take the whole world and give me Jesus.

Many of you would rather take the whole world and

reject Jesus. Even if the whole world should reject
you, do not be perturbed, once you have Jesus.
Those who come to God to obtain wealth, husbands,
wives, children, etc will certainly deny God if not
granted their heart desires. These persons are
faithless and have the disposition to confront God
with question and call him names when faced with
temptations. That is why they fail woefully when
tested. You are unable to convert even a soul unto
God because you do not love him. Any man who loves
God does not even need to preach or talk to anybody
because he is Gods living witness. The person who
loves and believes fervently in God does not lack
anything, for God knows those that love him and as
such caters for their wellbeing. The demonic spirit
proved the vagabond Jew who went out to preach in
Jesus name an unbeliever when the Jew attempted
to rebuke the demonic spirit in the name of Jesus.
The demonic spirit queried saying, Paul I know,
Jesus I know, who art thou? This goes to prove the
fact that even the demons recognize God and are
conversant with the truth. This is why many
so-called preachers and pastors are incapable of
gathering followers unto God. Preaching, not
accompanied by practical demonstration is
meaningless and unprofitable. This is the problem
facing the entire world. Many pastors, elders, and

deaconesses would withdraw from the church if

stripped or relieved of their designations.
Re-examine the Second Lesson:
SECOND LESSON: 1 PETER 3:11-12 Let him shun
evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and pursue it.
For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and
his ears are open to their prayers: but the face of the
Lord is against them that do evil.
GOD IS ALL KNOWING: God sees and hears you
wherever you may be if you love him. Our Lord Jesus
Christ is a shining example for all of us to emulate.
Recall what happened when he restored the sight of
a certain young man who was born blind. The Jews
condemned this act, claiming it was done on the
Sabbath day and through the power of Beelzebub.
They denounced Jesus and proclaimed Moses a
God-sent Prophet whose voice is heard by God.
However, the blind man who regained his sight
replied that, God never answers the prayers of an
evil doer. God knows those who really love him. Once
you love God, no matter where you are, you feel the
impact of God. THOSE WHO LOVE GOD DO NOT
NEED SOMEONE TO PRAY FOR THEM AND THEY DO
NOT NEED TO MAKE ANY REQUESTS FROM HIM. HE
IS ALL KNOWING, ALL-POWERFUL AND CARES FOR
HIS CHILDREN. THAT IS WHY HE SAYS, SEEK FIRST
THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND ITS RIGHTEOUSNESS
AND EVERY OTHER THING SHALL BE ADDED TO

YOU. HE IS AWARE OF OUR POSSESSIONS AND

NEEDS, BUT EXPECTS US TO LOVE AND OBEY HIM.
THERE IS NOTHING HE IS INCAPABLE OF DOING. He
could pass through your wife, child, or any person to
examine your faith in him. He could even use money
to examine your faith. If God blesses you with money
and suddenly the money overwhelms you and causes
the love you have for God to diminish, God will
certainly laugh at you. Man only deceives himself
and others but cannot deceive God. I am
painstakingly explaining this to avail you the chance
to have a detailed knowledge of God and your
obligation to God. THEREFORE, NO MATTER HOW
WELL YOU CAN SING, PREACH, PRAY, AND DANCE,
YOU SHOULD REMAIN CALM IN THE KINGDOM
BECAUSE GOD DOES EVERYTHING. NO MAN LIVES
OR IS CAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING WITHOUT
GOD. OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST HAD MANY
DISCIPLES BUT ONLY TWELVE FOLLOWED HIM
WHEREVER HE WENT. Even then, when he told the
twelve that all of them would deny him, Peter in
particular stamped his feet on the ground, beat his
chest, and vehemently declared his readiness to
identify with him and accordingly they all withered
away before the cock crew.(MARK14:27-31/MARK
14:66-72)The Lord had known their stand and faith
before long. He is so powerful and can destroy the
entire world within a second. Despite the lies told

against him allegations leveled on him, he did not

fight back. Pilate was so amazed at his indifference
and reserved nature when queried and condemned
Him. The Lord did not see anything important in the
world or in any man. If it were you, you would have
hired the services of lawyers and done everything to
free yourself. Total self-surrendering is what God
wants. THE SAME GOD IS NOW WORKING ON EARTH
AND IS STATIONED AT ONE PLACE. GOD KNOWS
THOSE THAT LOVE HIM, AND HIS EYES AND EARS
ARE FOCUSED ON THOSE THAT OBEY HIM.
THE REWARD FOR PROCLAMING GOD: Christ is the
only begotten of God because he alone obeyed him
and surrendered himself to God. DESPITE THE
BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL WORKS THAT HE DID,
THE JEWS PROMULGATED LAWS BANNING PEOPLE
FROM PROCLAIMING HIM AND PROPAGATING HIS
GOOD TEACHINGS AND DEEDS. ANYONE WHO
ATTEMPTED TO GLORIFY HIM WAS PUNISHED
SWIFTLY. HENCE, THE PARENTS OF THE BLIND
YOUNG MAN REFUSED TO TELL THE JEWS WHO
RESTORED THE SIGHT OF THEIR SON. (JOHN 9:1-41)
They admitted that he was born blind and was
healed, but could not say who did it. They rather
referred the people to the young man for an answer
to their question. Their action was deliberate and
cowardly because they were afraid of the Jews
victimizing them if they should say that Christ healed

their son. This is similar to the case of a certain

member of the Church of God mission whose hernia
was healed here in Brotherhood of the Cross and
Star. Out of joy from that relief, he went testifying
even in his church, that he was healed in
Brotherhood. For that reason, he was suspended and
later ex-communicated for saying the truth.
Consequently, on the advice of his wife, he returned
to Brotherhood of the Cross and Star and was given
fifteen thousand naira as charity. Today this brother
is a living testimony in his village. This is why I keep
telling you that there is nothing burdensome in
accepting to follow God, but works should
accompany your faith. FOCUS ALL YOUR ATTENTION
ON HIM AND LOVE HIM ALONE SO THAT YOU WILL
BE REWARDED BOUNTIFULLY. There are deceivers
who claim to have known God before their entry into
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star. God can be
likened to a bullet, which comparatively is more
powerful than the gunpowder. It is the bullet that
kills and not the gunpowder. Let us not run from the
powder, leaving the bullet. Let no one come to
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star for any material
motive but for self surrendering and selfless services
to God. Our Lord Jesus Christ was exalted because
of his humility and not because he healed the sick
and raised the dead. THAT YOU ARE A CHRIST
STUDENT, CHRIST SERVANT, CHRIST WITNESS,

CHILD OF GOD, BISHOP ETC, IS IMMATERIAL IN THE

KINGDOM. HOWEVER, WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS TO
LOVE GOD. Re-examine the Golden Text:
GOLDEN TEXT: 1 JOHN 2:15-17 Love not the world,
neither the things that are in the world. If any man
loveth the world, the love of the father is not in him.
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and
the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not from
the father, but is from the world. And the world
passeth away, and the lust of it: but he that doeth
the will of God abideth for ever.
THE SIGNIFICANCE OF BROTHERHOOD OF THE
CROSS AND STAR: Many people come to
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star with diverse
complaints and prayers. These motives reveal the
nature of people they are. No true man of God
complains, or cries for any reason because such a
person has nothing on earth other than God since
the world and the fullness therein shall pass away.
He that has chosen God has chosen wisely. SUCH A
PERSON HAS NO OTHER PLACE TO GO TO OR
RELATIVE TO LEAN ON BUT GOD, AND HE WILL
NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED. OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST IS UPRIGHT AND JUST. HE IS IN OUR MIDST
AND ABIDES WITH US ALL. THEREFORE, HIS
POWER, WISDOM, AND GLORY ABIDE WITH HIS
CHILDREN FOREVER. ONLY THE FAITHLESS ROAM
ABOUT FROM ONE CHURCH TO ANOTHER,

REMAINING IN THEIR FAITHLESSNESS. SOME

MEMBERS OF BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND
STAR WHO LEFT THE FOLD ROAMED FROM ONE
PLACE TO ANOTHER AND FINALLY FINDING
NOTHING IN THE WORLD, DECIDED TO COME BACK
TO CONTINUE FROM WHERE THEY STOPPED.
CHRIST HAS SAID EXCEPT A MAN EATS OF HIS
FLESH AND DRINKS OF HIS BLOOD, HE WILL NOT
HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. Therefore, where will a man
who continues to indulge in sin have eternal life?
The one who has forsaken sin is he who has eternal
life. The man who keeps his commandments eats his
flesh and drinks of his blood and the same shall have
eternal life. The number of children, wives,
husbands, or money you have will not afford you
eternal life. Here in the kingdom, we abhor
falsehood, drinking, eating of flesh, litigation,
idolatry, snuffing, adultery, and the rest of the vices.
That is the significance of Brotherhood of the Cross
and Star. Its foundation is on righteousness and joy.
Anybody who practices righteousness is already in
the kingdom. Brethren, I will not take you any
further, a stroke of the cane is sufficient for the
wise. Let he who ears hear what the Holy Spirit has
imparted to the world. May God bless his Holy
words. Amen.
