4. OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS
Fomentar el desarrollo de habilidades de aprendizaje autnomo de la lengua
inglesa.
Desarrollar en un nivel intermedio las cuatro habilidades bsicas en el uso de
una lengua: lectura, escritura, escucha y habla.
Promover el aprendizaje de vocabulario, reglas gramaticales y habilidades de
lecto-escritura de acuerdo a los temas propuestos en los mdulos M, N, O, P
especificados por el Programa de Lengua Extranjera (Vase contenidos).
Promover el mejoramiento de la fluidez y precisin en el uso del idioma a
travs de actividades individuales y grupales.
Exponer a los estudiantes a una variedad de contextos y situaciones en los
que sea utilizada la lengua extranjera, de manera integral que se relacionen
con los aspectos personal, acadmico y profesional.

Asistencia, talleres, tareas, quizes y Proyecto 40%
Examen final 40% (Examen Oral 10%, Escrito Final 10%, Plataforma
20%)
El porcentaje mnimo aprobatorio del curso es del 60% (Art. 30. Acuerdo 008 de
2007 del Consejo Superior Universitario)
La asistencia mnima requerida de parte del estudiante para la aprobacin del
curso es del 90%
