GENERAL INTERNAL OFFICE RULES DURING THE COLLEGE INTRAMURALS 2015

1. NO ID, NO ENTRY POLICY. Both elected and appointed officers and committee
members must wear the designated CSG ID Cards upon entering the premises of the
CSG Office. This functions as a form of control to safeguard any Intramural-related
material being kept in the office. To avoid crowding in the office, no participant of any
event from any division shall enter the CSG Office without any official
business/transaction/concern to any official of the CSG, unless being summoned by
the Committee on Grievance.
2. SECURITY MATTERS. In coordination with the Schools Security Force, the Members
of the Defense Committee are given full authority for crowd control and other
concerns related to security and order of the College Intramurals. They have to be
present in events where there is a high probability of disorder (e.g. Championship
Games). In addition, the Defense Committee is also tasked to guard Intramuralsrelated equipment and documents inside the CSG Office.
3. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. The CSG requests the Red Cross Organization, along with
the Schools Medical Services to be visible and accessible during the whole duration
of College Intramurals to administer first aid and respond to any medical emergency
that may arise.
4. ATTENDANCE CHECKING. The Attendance Committee is given full authority to
conduct attendance checking for the College Intramurals. The published Schedule of
Attendance Checking should be followed strictly and accurately as possible. After the
scheduled attendance checking, members of the Attendance Committee should leave
the premises of the venue to avoid crowding of students in the venue.

on time except for events that requires extended time (upon the approval of the
Student Services Office). Sports equipment must be prepared and set at least 15

15 minutes before the scheduled event. DEFAULTS SHOULD NOT BE CAUSED BY
THE LACK OF PREPARATION ON THE PART OF THE FACILTATORS.

INTRAMURAL EVENTS. Members of the Legislative Council and Judicial Council shall

of the Judicial must observe and take note on irregular behavior displayed by the
participants, the facilitators or the audience and take necessary means to capture
evidence for investigation.
