IN SUPPORT OF COR CLEARING, LLCS SUPPLEMENTAL REPLY IN SUPPORT
OF MOTION FOR ORDER APPOINTING LIMITED PURPOSE RECEIVER
I, Michael T. Hilgers, do hereby declare pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1746(2) under penalty of
perjury that the following is true and accurate based upon my personal knowledge and belief:
1.

I am over 21 years of age and legally competent to testify. I am a partner at

Gober Hilgers PLLC and am counsel for COR Clearing, LLC in this action. I submit this
declaration in support of COR Clearing, LLCs Supplemental Reply in Support of Motion for
Order Appointing Limited Purpose Receiver.

The facts stated herein are within my personal knowledge or are based upon my

review of publically available information in connection with my role as counsel for COR
Clearing, LLC in this action.

The Relevant Time Period for the purposes of this declaration is the time period

between June 30, 2015, the record date of Calissio Resources Group, Inc.s (Calissio) dividend
at issue in the above-captioned lawsuit, and August 19, 2015, the ex-dividend date of that
dividend.

Attached hereto as Exhibit A, is a true and accurate copy of a spreadsheet

showing Calissios daily share price information before, during, and after the Relevant Time
Period.
I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States that the foregoing is true and
correct and that this declaration was executed in Omaha, Nebraska on November 9, 2015.
