An insight into the hope and aspirations of Biharis
Dear Chief Minister Nitish Kumar,
Congratulations on decisively winning your third term as our chief minister! And good luck on your journey ahead. Your victory this time has moved us into tears, never before in the history of Bihar have the Muslims and the Hindus been so united against fascism and communalism spread by the Sangh Parivar (RSS and her affiliates). This time, it was more like breathing a huge sigh of relief. Hindus and Muslims united under your leadership have thwarted the lynching regiment of Modi, the black marketers of Amit Shah and the fascist ideologues of Mohan Bhagvat and you have done it thrice in a row. This was truly another historic election and I would like to take a few minutes of your time to respectfully ask that your third term not resemble your first two terms. Its not that you didnt get things done. But there are some very huge issues that have been left unresolved and we need you to get some fight in you.The development of Bihar largely depends on fulfilling the energy needs of the state, it only takes a few brilliant Bihari minds and some funds to ensure 24X7 uninterrupted power supply to every corner of the state.Bihar has the potential to even generate surplus electricity and the idea will be my gift to you once we meet. I know its not in your nature to be aggressive or confrontational but the by-pass roads of the state specially connecting the main cities like Gaya and Patna need to be aggressively built for the rapid development the people suffering everyday menace of huge traffic jams and pollution. Despite the fact that you have not made compromises on educational restructuring by the BJP, Curriculum and syllabus of schools under Bihar govt. however need profound changes to counter the rapid distortion of facts taking place under the crazy supervision of the central HRD ministry hell bent on polarizing communities. We want real change in the education system of Bihar, the change that can enrich the brilliant and breathtaking minds the state inherently produces. The use of digital technology has been nominal in our education sector so far. In your tenure of coalition with the BJP the financial sector was largely run by the Baniya boys of SUMO ,the shylock of Bihar. We have to recover from the stalemate created by those rotten minds and you have to take a stand for all the rest of us- economy beyond baniyoti. Biharies across the cast and creed are willing to do business in the state but the monopoly of Baniyas on every business type is debarring them to take initiatives.Kill monopoly and give every small and medium enterprise a chance to grow and be a part of development of the state. Remoralise Bihar, to rid the state of the vices of alcoholism and prostitution lets fulfill your poll promise.Close down the wine shops and brothels and let them be replaced by outlets serving fresh and flavored milk that every citizen can enjoy. This will reduce the agony of women and make Biharis healthier. Please ask us to do something. The mammoth task of rapid development of the state is not going to happen if you dont immediately mobilize the millions of those who voted for you.You cant go this alone. The way you involved all of us for your election, we need to be engaged in every job aimed at developing the state. The next five years can be epoch-making.You can do it. We can do it with you. My cell number to text me is 9430200680 and my email is wichars2012@gmail.com Best regards Arshad Mohisn
