PHASE I (YEAR 1)
In Year 1 (2013-2014), we will be successful if we accomplish:
Improve EOG scores in Reading to 65% as a school.
Improve EOG scores in Math to 60% as a school.
Improve Common Core Math EOC score to 85%.
2013-14 Results:
6th Grade Reading 73.63% (134 students level 3 or above. 182 students tested)
7th Grade Reading 71.89% (133 students level 3 or above. 185 students tested)
8th Grade Reading 63.33% (114 students level 3 or above. 180 students tested)
6th Grade Math 41.3% (76 students level 3 or above. 184 students tested)
7th Grade Math 46.81% (88 students level 3 or above. 188 students tested)
8th Grade Math 37.02% (67 students level 3 or above. 181 students tested)

Year 2 Plan
Transforming Initiative 1: Use formative feedback to increase academic
achievement by all students.
Based on increased rigor and new standards Moyock Middle School needs to
investigate/implement ways to restore its academic prestige.

EOGs, and increase our achievement in reading and Common Core 1. We will be successful if
we accomplish:

Improve EOG scores in Math to 50% as a school.
Improve Common Core Math EOC score to 95%.
