Batik.

Batik is a comment fabric used by Malaysian for clothing. The motif of Batik is
decorative patterns used in the process of batik painting or blocking. Batik motif
forms produced in two main forms of Organic and Geometric. Organic motifs, natural
elements like the cloud, plants, flowers, and animals.
A few examples of the Organic Motif in Batik is, Chicken, Flower bamboo, Flowers,
Rice Crust, Mixed Flower Box, Orchid, Hibiscus leaves, Geometric, Bamboo Shoots,
Butterflies, Snail.
Geometric motif is such as Bamboo Shoots and Mixed Flower Box.

Batik patterns that are often used, is Vertical line, Horizontal line, Comprehensive,
Transfer, Patches, Deuteronomy, Bricks, Deuteronomy / Alternate.

The proses of making Batik.
White cotton fabric is suitable for making batik. After pervaded with the first candle, it
will be dyed with lighter colors at first. After that, it will be incorporated for the second
time and then dyed with a darker color. This process will continue until all the design
been color completely. This fabric will be boiled in water containing soda. When
boiled, all the excess color will come out. Then the Batik will be dried, ironed, folded

Classification Kain Batik
Batik is divided into three types.
Batik Block
