Treatment Crippled sense``

The idea is that the protagonist Gus Adams is a

victim in a high controlled what they call
psychiatric home however it is where innocent
people are taken in, described as mental and used
for cheap, unethical testing for unqualified doctors.
Our opening concept involves a combination of film
content of testing equipment such as syringes,
needles, scissors and scalpels starting with
preparation, leading up to being used. This
foreshadows the style, atmosphere and storyline of
the rest of the film. These camera shots will be
disjointed and editing will show quickly
transitioning shots, which in turn, will confuse the
audience and leave them intrigued to what will
happen later. These short shots will show the
various items of medical equipment and as the
shots move on they will increase in the length of
time so that the audiences knowledge of what is
going on will increase. Credits will feature over this
footage.
The next location will be a zoom in tracking shot of
a doctor walking through a sterile corridor zoomed
in on her heels, and as she walks her footsteps will
echo. We will transfer to another shot of her
walking; revealing more information to the
audience and the doctor will be carrying a tray of
operation equipment. We will then go back to the
shot of her high heels but a little higher, showing
that she is empowered over her patients and the
noise of her footsteps will increase and become
faster.

We will then be filming in the woods at around 4

oclock when it starts to get dark. Our first shot is
from behind Gus Adams showing his entrance into
the woods. Next we will have a tacking shot
alongside him with trees flashing across between
the camera and Gus. Gus will run with a limp
portraying the idea that he is in pain. We will
continue filming Gus stumbling through the woods.
He will then come to a grass plane, he will be
filmed from the other side of the plane to show
how isolated he is and how he is now free. We will
then film in closer to him at around 360 degrees to
show how confused and disorientated he is.
