In my fitness course, Ive learned a lot from each meeting.
Ive learned that my body, even though it looks healthy, must be
physically fit. In our aerobic workout and resistance training, I
learned which part of my body should be given more attention. I
also learned my weaknesses. I am so happy with my fitness course.
Theres still time for fun like the funxercise. The last thing we did
was the circuit training. From there, I could say that I already
improved. My weaknesses were overcome step-by-step. Im so
thankful that my first P.E. course is Fitness.
