Based u.yon the email below from Chief Freeman, I reviewed the records and identified tllat the amo1mt of
payments from HIDTA to this Cl is $7,000 to date. Sgt. Anglin also had $3,000 in HIDTA funds remaining at
the end of Febrnaty, which may have also been disbursed to this CJ. If so, the total to be reimbursed would be
$1Q,OOO. Pet my reCQrds, the payments were:

Unless I have missed a payment, at least $7,000 should be1c~~bursed (and the remaining $3,000 in the
possession of Sgt. Anglin should be returned so it can be used for HIDTA purposes). I tealize fhat an additional
payment may have been made frpm the funds on hand before Sgt. Anglin received the email fiom Chief
Freeman. Please confinn to me the amount that will be reimbursed to HIDTA.
These fun.ds were disbursed fromHPI-3 funds, and the $3,000 held by Sgt Anglin at 2/28/14represents the last
of the HPI-3 nu1ds. If the funds need to be reimbm-sed to this grant as noted l?y ChiefFrcc:ri1an, we need to make
sure that is done BEFORE this grant is closed.

I have reviewed the February 2014 Cash report for this Fund. I will approve it, and attach this email to the
reports~ there is documentation that the funds will be reimbursed.
