Encouraging pastors to accurately
handle the Word of God and to seek
to live lives in submission to the Word
of God is so crucial to the health of the
church. This last month, I had the privilege to be a part of Crossing Cultures
Internationals Expositional Preaching
Seminar with Dr. Kit Putrakul, Dr. Damian
Efta and Jojo Zipagan. Pastors Chanthea
and Sopheak from Shalom were also
able to attend as well as Bora and Bunhak who work with me at the ACTION
Cambodia office. Dr. Damian taught the
bulk of the sessions, while I helped with
some of the breakout sessions as well
as preached a few example sermons
which we then picked apart as a group
as living examples of what it means to

was a great time of mutual encouragement and even growth for my own
preaching as the men gave some constructive criticism (which also was part of
the teaching in that many of the pastors
do not open themselves up to receive
criticism so by personally opening up
our goal was to show the great value in
openness).

In addition to the teaching

and preaching times, due to the generosity of Dr. Kit and Dr. Damian, we were
able to supply each pastor with twentythree books for their personal library.
About half of these were books our team
has produced praise God! I was also
able, with Bora, to equip the men with
digital resources to aid them in their
study of Gods Word. We are thankful to
all of you who prayed for the conference,
as well as lifted up Christiana and the
kids before the throne of Grace for the
five days I was gone. Praise God for His
faithfulness and answered prayers!

Printing and Audio Book Projects

We are currently working on re-editing Fifty Reasons Why Jesus

Came to Die by John Piper, and translating Attributes of God by
A.W. Pink and Confessions by Augustine. Nathan is also and authoring a Biblical Greek Grammar for Khmer in his spare time.
You can help us cover our on-going costs through your gift.

Mark Dever, True Discipleship by William MacDonald, and the last three books in the
Navigators Design for Discipleship series! Our next printing and audio book projects
will be Attributes of God by A.W. Pink and Confessions by Augustine.

We currently have two Cambodian staff members who work on our translation
