    resolution/Windows8.1scalingissue.
    WiththeSurfacePro3'sscreenbeinga3:2aspectratioataresolutionof2160x1440,you
    eitherhavetodealwithoneofthefollowing:
    2160x1440w/ScalingWindows8.1'sscalingishitormissforsomeapplicationsand
    causesthoseapplicationstonotscalecorrectlyandappearreallysmallonthescreen
    whencomparedtootherapplicationsthatscalecorrectly.
    2160x1440w/oScalingResultsineverythingbeingsupersmallonscreenandmakes
    readingtext,clickingicons,andusingtouchalmostimpossible.
    LowerNon3:2ResolutionsCausesLetterboxing.Theamountofletterboxing
    dependsontheaspectratiooftheselectedresolution.
