PROJECTS:
1. Minor Project 1- Design, development and performance analysis of rocket stove.
This Project involves the design, development, and fabrication of highly efficient,
durable, biomass cook stove (Rocket stove) for domestic purposes.
2. Minor Project 2-Design of Manual Lathe 1
This project involves CAD modelling of Manual lathe 1 using AutoCAD (2014)
software. It includes assembly and part drawings of tool-post, tailstock and Apron. It also
includes the head stock design, computation of bearing life and spindle deflection using
normal deflection method from CMTI Data hand book. This Study highlights the detailed
part drawings using GD&T.
ACTIVITIES& ACHIEVEMENTS:
Published A Research Paper Entitled "Mechanical And Corrosion Resistance Properties
Of Nano TiO2 Reinforced Ni Coatings" In International Journal Of Metallurgical &
Materials Science And Engineering (IJMSE) Issn- 2278-2524 With An Impact Factor Of
3.3529
Successfully completed internship at Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company
limited and submitted a study report on A study of Assembly of BHL TH-86.
Participated in the technical paper presentation competition, INSCRIBE 2014 organized
by BOSCH, India on 17thDec 2014 at RBEI Bangalore.
Participated in VTU inter collegiate central zone cross country competition and
secured second position held at GNDEC Bidar.
Captain of college volleyball team and won the following events
Runners up in VTU inter collegiate zonal volleyball tournament 2015-16
Winners in COLOSSEUM 2014 conducted by GIT Belgaum.
Runners up in SMASH 2014 conducted by SDMCET Dharwad.
Secured second position in 10000 meters run in Sparsh 2014 at BVBCET Hubli.
Represented college hockey team in VTU Belgaum zone hockey tournament and
secured third position.
