being faulty and returned, carriage free, to our workshops, without giving any right to any form of compensation whatsoever. Any modification or alteration of the manlids or hatches cover with respect to the
original manufacture makes the guarantee null and void.

Les essais hydrauliques sont effectus avec joints naturels non colls ou sertis dans la gorge du
portillon, ou sur le cadre et temprature ambiante (20C), avec un couple de serrage des volants
ou des manettes (pour les portes ouverture extrieure) de 20 60 Nm selon les modles. Les
certificats fournis donnent des valeurs atteintes dans ces conditions.

The hydraulic tests are performed with natural gaskets, non bonded or crimped in the
throat of the cover or on the frame, and at ambient temperature, with a tightening torque of the
handwheels or handnut (for outward opening doors) of 20 to 60 Nm. The certificates provided give
the values obtained in these conditions.

Die Wasserdruckproben werden mit in die Nut der Tr eigelegten oder geklebten
Dichtungen aus Naturgummi bei Raumtemperatur durchgefhrt, wobei der Anzugsmoment der
Trverschlsse (bei sich nach auen effnenden Tren) 20 - 60 Nm betrgt. Die mitgelieferten
Bescheinigungen geben die unter diesen Bedingungen erreichten Werte an.

Las pruebas hidrulicas se efectan con juntas naturales pegadas o engastadas en
la ranura de la portilln o sobre el panel. Con un par de aprietes de los volantes o de las manillas
(para las puertas con abertura exterior) de 20 hasta 60 Nm. Los certificados que se entregan
presentan los valores alcanzados en dichas condiciones.

Pour viter toute dformation du cadre des portes, il est recommand dutiliser un mannequin et de
souder dabord par quelques points en diagonale, puis de relier ceux-ci pour obtenir un cordon
tanche, et ce dans les rgles de lart.

The best way to avoid any distortions of the frame manlid is to use a gig, and spotweld in diagonal positions and then to seam-weld, filling in between the spots.

Um Zweck irgendeine Verformung zu verhindern, empfehlen wir folgendes
SchweiBverfahren : zuerst querschweiBen und danach die Lotpunkte mit SchweiBraupe verbinden.

manettes doivent tre rgulirement nettoyes et graisses, les remplacer si ncessaire.
Les joints doivent tre galement vrifis aprs chaque ouverture de porte et changs si
ncessaire, colls ou sertis.

Notice de scellement
1 - Les portes, quelle que soit leur forme, doivent toujours tre scelles aprs construction des cuves et avant lapplication de lenduit dtanchit.
2 - Mettre des tampons dans les coffrages couvrant la surface du cadre sceller, mais avec une dpouille pour chasser ces tampons, la chute des coffrages, vers lintrieur de la cuve.
3 - Les cadres seront poss exclusivement sur enduit de ciment, dlicatement enfoncs jusqu voir lenduit ressortir
tout autour. le travail doit tre fait de lextrieur. Lenduit doit prolonger au moins sur 5 cm la bordure intrieure du col
ovale, rectangulaire ou rond, avant panouissement, au got de chaque cimentier.
4 - Aussitt aprs, laver lponge, toute trace denduit sur lapplication du cadre contre le joint du portillon.
5 - Ce portillon ne sera plac dans le cadre, et lgrement serr, que 48 heures aprs le scellement du cadre, car le
moindre serrage avant la prise dformerait le cadre.
Nota : les portes seront obligatoirement scelles, aprs finition du bton arm, lorsque les coffrages seront dgags,
et au moment des enduits intrieurs.

1 - The manlids, irrespective of their shape, must always be sealed following the construction of the tanks
and prior to the application of the sealant compound.
2 - Fit plugs into the shutterings covering the surface area of the frame to be sealed, but with a clearance to drive out
the plugs upon removal of the shuttering, towards the inside of the tank.
3 - The frames must be positioned exclusively on cement sealant and gently pushed in until the sealant is squeezed out
all round. This work must be done from the outside. The sealant should extend beyond the inside rim of the oval or rectangular collar by at least 5 cm, prior to flaring, as each worker judges best.
4 - Immediately afterwards, sponge away any trace of sealant on the application of the frame against the coyer seal.
5 - This coyer is to be positioned in the frame and Ioosely tightened only 48 hours after the sealing of the frame. Any
hard tightening prior to setting of the sealant would twist the frame out of shape.
N.B : The manlids must be sealed once the reinforced concrete has been completed, once the shuttering has
been removed, and at the time of the interior coatings.

1 - Die Tren mssen unabhngig von ihrer Form immer nach dem Bau der Tanks und vor dem Auftragen
des Dichtungsputzes eingelassen werden.
2 - ln die Schalung Verpreanker geben, die die Flche des einzulassenden Rahmens bedecken, jedoch mit Freiwinkel,
damit diese Anker beim Fallen der Schalungen in dos Tankinnere getrieben werden.
3 - Die Rahmen sind ausschlielich ouf Zementputz zu setzen, vorsichtig eindrcken, bis der Putz ringsum leicht hervortritt. Die Arbeit mu von auen vorgenommen werden. Der Putz mu den Innenrand des ovalen oder rechteckigen
Halses mindestens um 5 cm den Innenrand des ovalen oder rechteckigen Halses vor dem Auftragen verldngern, je nach
dem Brauch jedes Stahlbetonwerkers.
4 - Danach sofort mit einem Schwamm olle Putzspuren ouf der Montage des Rahmens gegen die Dichtung der Tr entfernen.
5 - Diese Tr wird erst 48 Stunden nach dem Einlassen des Rahmens in den Rahmen gesetzt und nur leicht angespannt, denn schon dos geringste Spannen vor dem Abbinden wrde den Rahmen verformen.
Hinweis : Die Tren mssen unbedingt nach Fertigstellung des Stahlbetons und Entfemung der Schalungen
whrend des Auftragens der Innenputze eingelassen werden.
2 - Poner en los encofrados tapones que cubran la superficie del marco a empotrar, pero con una envoltura para retirar estos tapones, a la caida de los encofrados, hacia el interior del depsito.
3 - Los marcos se montarn exclusivamente sobre el revestimiento del cemento, delicdamente hundidos hasta que se vea
que el revestimiento sale alrededor. El trabajo deber realizarse desde el exterior. El revestimiento debe exceder al menos de
5 cm el borde interior del cuello ovalado o rectangular, antes de la expansin, segn el gusto de cada cementador.
4 - Inmediatamente despus lavar con esponja toda huella del revestimiento en la aplicacin del marco contra la junta de la puerta.
5 - Esta puerta slo se instalar en el marco y se apretar ligeramente, despus de 48 horas del empotrado del marco,
ya que el menor apriete antes del agarre deformarra el marco.
Nota : Las puertas estarn obligatoriamente empotradas despus deI acabado deI hormign armado, cuando
los encofrados se retiren y en el perido de los revestimientos interiores.

Lutilisation optimale du joint en service et sa dure de vie sont trs dpendantes des conditions de stockage subies par celui-ci
avant son utilisation.
La rsistance au vieillissement des joints au repos statique est trs diffrente selon les lastomres.
Cependant, une dure de vie de stockage de deux ans est garantie pour lensemble des joints sous rserve de respect des
conditions de stockage que vous trouverez ci dessous:

Die Alterungsbestndigkeit der Dichtungen im Ruhezustand ist je nach Elastomer

Bei Lagerung wird jedoch eine Lebensdauer von zwei Jahren fr alle Dichtungen

La utilizacin ptima de las juntas en servicio y su longeveidad est

relacionada con las condiciones de almacenaje sometidas antes de su utilizacin.
La resistencia al envejecimiento de las juntas en reposo esttico vara sugn los
elastmeros.
