Nov. 1949 our Constitution of India was adopted and it

On this very auspicious occasion I would like to cite an

example of how even after 66th year of enactment of our

Then UPA Government tried to sort out this injustice through

GOM and it took a decision to grant incentive of similar
pattern to Adminitartve cadre. It not only took decision in
this regard but assured Parliament vide Lok Sabha Unstarred
Question No. 4333 answered on 22.12.2005. In compliance
with the above decision the Prasar Bharti Board approved
and passed a Resolution in its 119th Meeting.

Later, during the regime of present NDA Government when

GOM was abolished the matter could not be sent to the
Cabinet by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in
compliance with OM issued by Cabinet Secretariat, order
No.1/11/3/2014-Cab. Dated 4th June 2014.
Therefore

it is requested that in the light of preamble
