SENIOR MANAGEMENT
Resourceful, innovative professional with over 20 years Operations and Business Development
experience within domestic and international arenas. Held P&L responsibilities. Able to grow
business through strategic planning, strong customer relationships and innovative presentations
to clientele. A Turnaround Champion with proven skills in analysis, management, initiation,

Managed all aspects of a company (ranging from start-ups to over $1B in revenue)
including development of business and marketing plans, recruitment, hiring and training
of staff, scheduling work and activities, establishing policies/procedures, procurement of
equipment and supplies, client services, performance and motivation of employees.
Reviewed, restructured and realigned sales teams by banking verticals. Built an inside
sales team to support outside sales who called on banks for product introduction. Hired,
trained, implemented technology, and put together a sales team and of 75 in 6 months.
Involved in over 15 major acquisitions in the public and private sector. Responsibility
included: financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation and the integration of the
businesses into an existing business structure.
Integrated sales, finance, and marketing of five $50MM plus operating companies with a
focus on combined results and EVA. Implemented single platforms for each group and
aligned over 100 people with consistent processes.
Executive Leader for the implementation of a $40M SAP CRM solution for a $1B
company. Recruited, hired and trained a staff in excess of 70, two outside firms, and
successfully completed the project on-time with 1 budget correction for an unplanned
event.
Turned around 3 business units run under 1 management team who was burning
through $10M of capital in 8 months. Realigned both management and sales teams of
all 3 units and put in place a new sales strategy that increased monthly revenue growth
900%. Negotiated the sale of 1 of the business units, worked with vendors on
acceptable terms and succeeded in reducing the burn-rate from 150% to break-even
while decreasing outstanding debt to vendors over 50%.
Increased sales revenue by positioning the company as a viable solution for the global
500. Spent time with potential company sales teams in the field to better understand
their challenges upon presentation of their products to customers. Created solutions
that had a positive effect on their bottom line, and the first question from the C-Level
decision maker was often How did you get to us so quickly?
Secured recognition in becoming the 1st Navy Diver after going through very rigorous
training, to become an instructor to then train Marine, Army, and Air Force personnel on
underwater diving operations. Nominated for Sailor of the Year.
