to a very well-known and respectable Al-Khayarin family of Qatar comprising of Mr. Ghanem Mansoor
Ghanem Al-Saif Al-Khayarin, Mr. Zayed Mansoor Ghanem Al- Saif Al-Khayarin and Mr. Muhammad
Mansoor Ghanem Al-Saif Al- Khayarin.
The Al-Khayarin Group (Trading & Contracting) commonly known as KG Group is also led by the above
family members as its Qatari partners whereas Mr. Muhammad Idrees Anwar a Pakistani national is
the other partner possessing over 27 years professional experience in Civil Engineering including 25

NIKKON Lighting Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Success Transformer Corporation in
Malaysia. Incorporated in Sydney, Australia in 2010, Nikkon Lighting is a distributor of
electrical apparatus and industrial lighting in the Oceanic region, which includes Australia, New
Zealand and other countries in the South Pacific.
Success Transformer Corporation Berhad is the first company of its kind to be listed on the Main
Board of Malaysia's securities exchange, Bursa Malaysia.
We provide the most comprehensive range of industrial lighting and low voltage
transformers.
Our factory in Malaysia manufactures industrial lighting products such as floodlights, highbay
and street lighting. This has gone hand in hand with additional research and development
initiatives to develop new LED lighting products.
We also manufacture industrial power products such as automatic voltage stabilisers, power line
